Did she lie in any way in that B2 application, saying, for example , she was married? Or that she had kids back home? If she didn't lie, it might be ok. Like others have said, stop listening to anyone that tells you that you need to lie to immigration. Lying is never ok, but especially in immigration since sooner or later, the truth comes out and just because you're fine in this stage, it doesn't mean it will not come up in the future. Especially because there is usually more than one application that you will file (in your case, K1, then AOS, then ROC and then maybe citizenship). So you will be with immigration for the next few years.

Nope, you are fine. You can file separately and it will not affect your case.

Tourist Visa to F-3
Rocio0010 replied to Phytia's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Yep, but they are asking about H1B, which usually is for highly qualified people. -
The truth and nothing but the truth. If they ask you, you HAVE to tell them. It's not optional.

N-400 Did you ever sell or give weapons
Rocio0010 replied to killadocg23's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
I see. I could see my unsolicited evidence. Not sure if it took a while to show up or not. But also the officer was able to see it too. -

Did you upload a statement? Was it a PDF file? Where did you upload it? There is a tab called "unsolicited evidence". That's where you upload a file. But also, in my case I just made a comment inside the application itself. -

What is the job? Why would the employer hire that person and not someone from the US? -
N-400 Did you ever sell or give weapons
Rocio0010 replied to killadocg23's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Receipt? How can the buyer prove that they paid for the firearm? My situation was different but maybe it helps. My husband taught me how to fire a gun. There is a question whether you've received "weapons training", to which I answered "yes" and then I wrote something like "I bought my gun through a legal purchase on 03.2021. My husband taught me how to use it". When I got to the interview in Columbus, Ohio, and we went over the yes/ no questions I told the officer that I wasn't sure whether that constituted "weapons training" and explained it to the officer. He changed the answer to "no" and added "informal". I guess what I am trying to tell you is you will have time to explain it at the interview. I also had the receipt from my purchase just in case -never offered to show it nor did the officer request to see it. Interview took 20' and I am now a citizen. If I were you, I would try to get a copy of the receipt if you have it. -

If you sold them legally, there should be a paper trail to this, namely a receipt/ bill of sale. Upload this too. -
Confused about EAD vs Green Card
Rocio0010 replied to AlaMike's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Ok, so now you know you need to file for I- 751 removal of conditions. The I-765 is the work authorization to be able to work until she got her conditional green card -she's now a permanent resident, she does not need it anymore. The 751 is going to take long. She can still work, and travel. She does not need to file a special form for that. -

So were you born in France? Has he ever petitioned for someone else before? Is he a USC by birth? -

Waiting for Visa
Rocio0010 replied to NineDev's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
It's strange that they mentioned you'd have any trouble due to the visa being issued before the two years, and entering the US after. The visa is just a "ticket" to the US. What matters is the date you enter the US because that's the day you become a PR by means of a stamp placed on your passport. Also, the validity of CR1 visas is usually six months. IE it is a standard procedure whereby CR1 visa holders can delay their entrance to the US for up to six months. I have to side with @Crazy Cat and think it was an inexperienced officer. -
RFE SUBMISSION DATE
Rocio0010 replied to ACalmCountry's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Why are you worrying about a future date when, allegedly, you are still working on the cover letter? Just get the package done, send it on Monday, and you'll see how you were worrying about a future date for no reason. Come on! -
You knew you'd have to pay for the adjustment of status. Why did you end up in this situation? Would have made so much more sense to have a courthouse wedding, save the $$ for adjustment of status, do a wedding celebration later on. Anyhow, water under the bridge now. File ASAP. Borrow money if you have to. She can be deported because she has no status once her 90 days run up.

Bed Visiting Separate Bedrooms
Rocio0010 replied to Lukie's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
My husband and I sleep in separate bedrooms because I am a light sleeper and his CPAP machine really bothers me, but the no machine option is way worse. I am a USC now. It had never crossed my mind that we'd have to explain this in a potential home visit (we never had one). If we did, I would have been happy to explain them our reasons. Heck, if they wanted to they could spend the night with us and they'd see first hand what I am talking about! Hahaha PS: The CPAP machine does not wake me up. What wakes me up is the windy sound it makes every time he wakes up to go to the bathroom. No thank you. I know!!! Yesterday it was wiiiiiiiild! -
The I-485 is abandoned the minute you left the US without an approved AP. Also, your ESTA is gone the minute you filed for AOS. These were long discussed in your previous thread. Moreover, even if you still had a valid ESTA (you don't, but just for informational purposes) and they allowed you entry, coming on an ESTA with an intent to adjust is fraud and it could get you into a world of trouble. But that's water under the bridge now.
