Hey guys! I’m filling out the I-134 as my interview is October 9. On the form it ask for “annual income “. Do I put the AGI or my annual income all together? I’m a bit confused
  3. Thanks
Sparkle Sparkle reacted to SusieQQQ in So giving birth to a US citizen is a reason for NIE
Yes exactly, and a k1 applicant who had a usc child can be exempt from that ban. That was the point of the first post.

Sparkle Sparkle reacted to YueQian in So giving birth to a US citizen is a reason for NIE
Well, NIE requires the child to be a citizen so a CRBA (or other citizenship documents) is inevitable.
It is great news for K1 applicants whose children already have their citizenship documents, but there’s plenty who don’t.

But that is totally out of point... The post is not about CRBA... It's about K1 visas and NIE processing😐

Did you even read the first sentence of the first post much less the rest of it ? It is an exception so that those currently otherwise prohibited from being issued a K1, can get it.

Can you point to specific USCIS instructions that recommend not sending in chat transcripts?  No.  Its still evidence of an ongoing relationship. keep your advise to the Op and I will keep mine to the OP...at the end she has the choice on what to do

If you have a screenshots of when you guys discussed important stuffs about your relationship or your very first conversation just add abit of it...just a mount the screenshots on Microsoft word and one page of multiple screenshots will do

There is nothing in the instructions for the petition about chat transcripts or an ‘ongoing relationship’ evidence requirement.

It is against the VJ TOS to tell someone not to comment on your posts or comments.

    Completely unnecessary.
I didn't even write this much.  Just a list of the dates of our trips together.

2 rules you should have in mind:-
Rule number 1: Do not lie to immigration
Rule number 2:Do not lie to immigration
Now that you understand that, nothing stops you from visiting, only the usual rules of visiting visas will be applied which is that you can prove that you plan to return to your home country.
If you plan to stay 6 months... That's a long time, bring the question to mind if you have something to go back to as no job will alow you leave for 6 months.
If you plan to stay 2 months then say it as it is... Show evidence that you have something to go back to in your home country.
Most times you will be allowed in for 6 months even if you planned to stay for 2 weeks.
    Just get your story straight.

It’s actually listed as an exception in the original proclamation.

    ....
Sec. 2.  Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry.
    (a)  Section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:
    ....
    (iii)   any alien who is the parent or legal guardian of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, provided that the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident is unmarried and under the age of 21;

I don't want to be this guy but why applying to get US citizenship if you don't believe in defending the US constitution? Green card gives you 99% of the benefits of citizenship without any of the responsibility.
