I am from Pakistan and I have been in A.P for around 5 moths. The Visa is not been issued yet, its is on A.P and US Islamabad Embassy is very strict background and security check. Read the below link.

In your case the good thing is your husband has no international travel history and thats the good sign. I have seen man cases in Pakistan US Embassy that CO has said your case has been approved but they stuck in horrible A.P for months. I have also the international travel thats why I was put in A.P for 5 months.

Salam!! I just want to let you know that we got an email from the Islamabad embassy saying that they want i864a between JS and His SPOUSE and proof of income. We submitted those documents online a week ago. Now our status is READY. They updated our status before the email after submitting docs there just updated the date.

InSha Allah evrything will be fine and all will be approved ASAP ameen .  Just keep on praying .
my relative also had 221 g after interview in 2018 sept he was also marked nothing but written in red pen to upload irs transcript and after 87 th day of submission he was approved . 
 
what category is ur case ? 

@Kazim11 I think it is good sign, it changes from Refused to Ready, then A.P, then issued. I hope your sister visa issued next week INSHALLAH.
By the way can you tell me which date when you sent the tax transcripts? because just count 60 days when you last submitted the tax transcript. Thanks

@Kazim11 If the case updated 2 times after submitting the documents then its the good sign, by the way when you submitted 28th July then its really frustrating thing, if your sister is FB-4 category then i think wait for 90 days, its my opinion i am not expert.  

yes me too, 2 times updated when i sent the e-mail inquiry. sometimes frequent updates coming when the A.P is going to be finished. don't worry inshallah me & you get visa very soon.  Amaeen
