Ran through the interpretation for the NVC case number and our case was created on May 12th. Hopefully we'll be in the end of the month shipment!
I really appreciate all of the useful information in this thread, especially from @Greenbaum!

I called the NVC this morning (as an aside, contacting them is definitely challenging) and received our case and invoice numbers. I also confirmed that my address was still my old one so I was able to fix that. The call is worth it!
I've updated our timeline and we're on to the next steps!

We got our NOA2 on 04/23/19 and I haven't heard anything from the NVC yet. I've since moved and I did submit the address change using their web based contact form.
Should I call them to get a status update and confirm the address change?

Came home for lunch, checked mail to find our NOA2 approval!
I was notified by text when I got my NOA1, but no text or email with the NOA2.
Hope you all have quick approvals like ours.
Awesome! That's great news. I didn't get the text alert for days after and never got an e-mail alert. Go figure. 😜

Start getting the I-134f and supporting evidence ready. Make sure your beneficiary’s passport isn’t gonna expire, brith certificate has an English translation etc
Thank you so much! I'll start right away.

Hello everyone! Our case was approved on 04/23, I just got the approval letter and am waiting for NVC processing.
Anything I should do right now to prepare?

I agree for everyone to stay positive. The official estimates may say 5.5 to 7 months for a NOA2 but ours was approved in 78 days. There is no guarantee of a fast approval but the current trend is in that direction.
I'm hoping for more February submission approvals yet this month. May should be great for approvals!

Yay! Our case just got approved!
Approved on 04/23/19 according to the old site. Just got the notification a few minutes ago.
I'm thrilled and this has happened so much sooner than I expected. My latest VisaJourney estimate was 06/07/19!
Here's to hoping everyone else gets theirs approved soon!
Edit - no RFE either, which is a relief.
Current Milestones (on my timeline too)
I-129F Filing: 02/01/19
NOA1: 02/04/19
NOA2: 04/23/19

This is something that has been going on for over two years. Those two sites have gone through most of 2018 giving no information. Now they have some life in them but you can't tell what animal they are as the have morphed so much lately.
Got it. Thanks for the info!

Whoops! Got confused on topics. This is what I'm referring to:
Old Site: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
New Site: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
Sorry about that!

Thanks to the link to the new site. I now have two accounts.
Interestingly the new site has a different case received date than the old one. Old: 02/04/19 New: 02/07/19.
I updated my timeline to 02/07/19 for now. Anyone else see a difference between the two sites if you have an account on both?

Hello everyone! I'm the US petitioner and my fiancé and I are in the home stretch of the process (crosses fingers). Our case should arrive at the Croatian embassy later today.
I look forward to completing this process and am impressed by how fast its been!
