I think we can all agree at this point they are processing on average close to 1 year with some at one week shy. It’s just such an unfair process for a US citizen to get stuck with Nebraska when others approve in half the time. Such a disappointment in the USA. 

Ok like 1 minute to fill out your timelines. How about being a team player Most VJ users look to the timeline for statistics. It gives the big picture. Seems you are ok for asking and getting what you want, but no consideration for contributing. This is an arduous process and it’s about give and take. 

Is this a guessing game for the rest of us? No one has completed their timeline. How about being a team player? Cc date? Category? 

Thank you for the support. I am just so tired of all of this..I am going back to India again for my 8th trip. I just want my husband here with me. This long distance is just so incredibly painful for both of us. Only seeing my husband twice a year for 2 weeks, no-one understands the challenges. My husband is so kind and patient and for that I am thankful, but I have paid my dues and I want him here. Now Mumbia is backlogged, so it just seems I can't get a break.   

Has anyone seen a thread for NVC - filers - October? Does an admin create that? I am waiting on a case number so I know I will be submitting docs in October.

Yeah tell me about it! I spend $2500 twice a year for the last four and half years to see my husband in India. I would pay anything to have him here with me now! I don't give a ####### about spending money on applications at this point. I am tired and want my husband here with me.

Very bad, didn’t see my husband 14 months, and   364 days since I filed I-30.

I am sure they will now pickup the pace. So the time should drop by the time I get to case closed. I guess those who approved a couple of months earlier were not better off than us! Instead they waited longer for IL. Hopefully we at least get a month knocked off the time. 

Looks like PD 08/21/2018 is stuck somewhere or this is just messy. 374 days and counting...

Finally got approved, received an notice on casetasker & was emailed.
