Dr. Cheema accepts verbal confirmation of chicken pox/varicella vaccine; they will write down what year you got it. If you can find a receipt or any document from your previous doctor showing you received the tetanus booster, that should work.
 
Are you up to date on the diphtheria and pertussis vaccines? If not, it may be worth getting the Tdap booster (Adacel or Boosterix) instead of the titer test because then you'll be vaccinated against all three, which are required for the medical exam.

If absolutely no records show up, I'd recommend getting the Tdap again instead of the titer, especially if it costs less. I believe Dr. Cheema provides Tdap for $50 (?). I got mine at London Drugs for $67. Remember to keep the receipts moving forward.

Sorry to hear about your case. Form I-129F is made to be unfair to foreign-born Canadian citizens. I'm also foreign-born and had my case held up for 3 weeks because they wanted to see my proof of citizenship before P3. What surprises me is that they didn't initially ask you for proof of citizenship.

Thank you! It was a Tdap booster that I got. My titer test requisition is just for tetanus (plus chicken pox) so that might not actually be enough to prove that I have all the correct vaccinations, I'll have to look at my records and the requirements again.

Posting an Update for anyone who may be, or will be in a similar situation:
 
we sent our application by FedEx and it was delivered on 4/12 and until today we had heard absolutely nothing from USCIS and we basically been in a mini panic mode over the last week or so. we called multiple times but were told to just keep waiting and be patient because it could take 45 days to hear from Uscis after sending an application. 
 
Today was day 18 of Waiting for acknowledgement from Uscis of our application so we decided to call again.... for the 3rd time. 
 
 
Today while I was at work my wife called USCIS and they told her that since today was day 15 (business days) since we sent application, they will create a "service request" to look into the package matter and request receipt confirmation from the lockbox office. 
 
They said the service request takes up to 15 days to be responded to and to call again if we don't get a resolution or hear anything within 15 days (May 15th)
 
 
Later that night (today at 11:24 pm CT), we got 6 text messages from USCIS with 3 MSC confirmation/receipt numbers telling us that they received our application and that we will receive a letter in the mail. (Check hasn't been cashed YET... but will probably happen soon) 
 
I don't know if this was because of the call we made today or this was already in the pipeline to happen, but we are just glad that we can officially join the AOS train. Hope our experience helps someone.

Awesome! We have similar timelines -- my P4 was received on January 11. Congrats on the visa and good luck with the move!
 
I've seen a timeline from a user who claims they never received P3 but I think that's a rare case. As @MeghanK mentioned, some people might have bypassed this by sending P3 early before actually receiving it, if ever.

Why didn't they tell you to include a photocopy of each biographic page in the first email?? You can always provide the timestamps of the emails and when you sent the packages in case they give you a hard time...

NOA 1 recevied in the mail yesterday.  Now more waiting for Bio metrics appointment.

I received P3 via email specifically after the Consulate asked me for proof of Canadian citizenship. Perhaps it depends on your case.
 
Yes, the checklist with signature, (you can N/A items that don't apply to you), DS-160 confirmation page, and copy of Canadian passport biographical page. The checklist is meant to be like a promise to the Consulate that you'll bring original and copies of those items to the interview.

Sent 4/23, received 4/25, texts received last night.

Sent I-485, I-131, and I-765 to the lockbox on 4/18 via FedEx. Signed for on 4/19, received 3 texts on 4/22, showing all as received. Hard copy NOA for all three on 4/27.
