Our EAD got updated today to new card is being produced. Does anyone know how long will it take to get it in the mail? And also does that mean we can go apply for a social security number ? My husband wasn’t able to get his social security number , they told him we had to wait to receive the EAD. 

Hi! I’m not sure if he can use it but I used my passport as a proof of ID during my biometrics. Hope this helps. 

I bet he can since it's listed as one of the proofs. First thing they asked for were our passports though then the letter.
 
Our foreign DLs were cut after we applied for FL DL before our first month here in Jax.

EAD approved today. File date 02-05

Hey guys! I keep following this thread every now and then to see how you are doing. 
After finally getting my EAD with the right gender on it 2 months ago, I started applying to as many Data Analyst and similar jobs in DC as I could find. It was tough, I didn’t get any interviews at all except for this one company. After 1 test and 3 interviews, I made it and got my first job offer in DC! I’m starting July 6th, working remotely because of Covid.

Sent AOS 2-18. Received 2-21.
Just got text messages today and check also cashed today 😁

Filled on 02/22 and received 02/24 at the lockbox and until now didn’t receive anything. I wish the best to everyone 

Just received our 3 NOA's. And also got our fingerprint appointment in the same day.
Fingerprints are scheduled for Monday. 

I just receive mines!!!! Omg what a happy night🎉

Yes indeed...my husband is pouring me a rather large glass of wine and enjoying telling me he knew everything would be fine lol 😆 

I have the same timeline, surprising I received my text message right now!! I’m super excited... Hope y’all receive your text this week❤️
