I'm hoping for approval. I know they have had my RFE for a week because it was delivered and signed for but no updates anywhere. Waiting is a pain

The waiting is hardest. Our RFE was signed for on the 5th in California but no updates posted yet . Lets hope for Valentines approvals !!

Mine was proof of meeting. I didn't send the i94 in. They also wanted handwritten dates on the photos . I'm hoping its soon

Our Rfe was also delivered and signed for Tuesday morning and nothing has been updated on either site. Hope we hear soon!!

First off I would like to thank Greenbaum for all of the help and information provided for all of us going through this process. It is much appreciated.
I do have income questions again though. My fiance works only part time and was off work most of last year due to an injury. This job he is at now is new. He never collected disability or any government income while off work because he has money in savings to live off of. He has a house (with a mortgage) and money in savings. It is at least triple plus the minimum income requirements. Does anyone know if savings is enough to show he can support me? He also has a financial settlement coming soon. Thanks in advance. I will be going to the Consulate in Montreal for my interview.
