Heyo! Had my interview August 1st and was approved instantly! I received my visa and my PoE package in the mail two days ago. I'm leaving for the US in 11 (!!) days and we are getting married September 5th. So happy to read about so many happy ending (or begginings I should say)! Thank you for all your help! <3 <3 <3

Sadly, my fiancée was denied. He was give no explanation and she didn’t even look at any of the evidence he had on him.  Really heartbroken right now .

That’s a totally normal human reaction. You should be able to get not only factual but also moral support here! Some people seem to be so focused on the facts they forget there’s a human being with a lifestory and emotions behind a post on a forum.
Give yourself some time to recover, gather your options and make a plan.

One of the biggest mistakes people from first world/developed countries make is assuming that obtaining a visa to America is a given. A visa is never guaranteed. And when denials like this happen the reaction is almost always the same.... utter shock. We have seen denials from Australia, England, Japan, and even Canada. And they all can't believe that they got denied. Rest assured that it doesn't mean he will never get a visitor visa to America in his lifetime.
 
He is free to apply again but he should keep this as a learning lesson and approach it with cautious optimism and not a certainty. Best of luck to you all.

There is no way of knowing how they will determine if his ties are enough. It is not a matter of just checking off a list or something.
They want to see an established life that would limit the risk of him overstaying his visa. His previous denial will be known but that in itself does not mean that he will be denied again. They will however want to see that his circumstances (ties) have changed.

Weee~ We got approved and shortly after, I got to pick up my passport! My big package for the PoE also looks a bit different than some others I've seen on the forum, but I assume it varies by embassy. I'm leaving in a bit over a month and we're super excited to start a new capture in our life. <3

Having paperwork issues is not a denial. Probably you'll get a 221g to supply them. Don't assume you know everything.  Just be prepared. Good luck.

I received my package 3 on Monday, my medical appointment was on Friday where everything went smooth. Now I'm waiting for documents from my fiance and then will schedule my interview at embassy :-)

Had my interview yesterday. Visa approved but on one condition. I had to send back via email an extra affidavit of support instead of the co sponsor document we filled in. 
I don't know how it is working elsewhere but in Belgium they do not accept I-864A for K1. They need an extra affidavit on the name of the co sponsor... 
But it's a formality as the consul said that it is approved, I just need to send them the correct document via email. I did it, I should receive my visa in 4 business days ❤️
Leaving in 45 days to join my fiance finally

Add one more to the approved list! Fiance went in today in Tokyo and got approved. I go out there late this week, so hopefully by the time I show up she'll have her passport back with her visa!

Fiancé just left her interview in London!! In and out in 35 minutes, approved! We are so excited!

Just got done with fiance's interview at the Ho Chi Minh Consulate and her K1 Visa was approved!  Process was much faster then I was expecting 6 months 9 days from filing the i-129f to being approved.  This website was an immense help!!  I hope everyone elses journey is as lucky!
