Same for us - 1/8.  Any day now!

Hoping to hear something this week - we're on our 9th week waiting for a response on our first submission - 01/09/2020. 

D freaking Q!!!! Received the email at 10:30 p.m. husband had to read the email I was so nervous to get another RFE. Submitted Jan.6 and DQ March 6!! (Husband from Canada) @vinzer I've read people getting the email anytime during the weekend. Anytime now for you🤞

Just so devastated...just got another RFE!!  Putting third submission in once my husbands name is added to the system.  The original I-864W they told us to put in was rejected because even though hubby is a citizen now, I'm the petitioner so we had to submit I-864A.  8 weeks later, they are now saying I need to make a tab under my name for hubby (totally my fault) and upload form again.  So petty in my mind since the form is correct, why have to resubmit and wait most likely another 8 weeks?!  I broke down and cried with the agent on the phone.  How do I tell a 10 year old more waiting 😞

Called NVC last night and surprisingly got through on the first attempt, but still had to wait on hold for 50 min to speak with a totally rude ####### gent 😤
 
been stuck at nvc 5 months now. It’s been over a month since we submitted an Expidite request due to their stuff up.. 
 
i was basically told they sent expidite request to Sydney on 27th Feb, meaning the email I got saying the embassy was reviewing it on the 21st is poop!..
 
then when I asked if there has been a decision or how long it might take to get one. He smartly asked what the email say, I said it dosent give a timeframe, he said well there’s your answer you’ll just have to wait and we will get to it when we get to it and to wait another 30 days before contacting them again 😡
 
like seriously, what’s the point of an Expidite request if you have to wait 3 weeks for them to send it to the embassy to be told to wait another month before you can contact them about uts outcome.. 🤬🤬🤬

It is very frustrating for sure! Almost worse than waiting over a year in Nebraska service center 🤪. I have similar dates to both of your submissions, next week is our week for sure. Hang in there!! 😬
Very hard to see people with later submission dates than yours getting approved as well. No one seems to know why this happens, if there was a method to the madness that would help me accept it better 😄

Any DQs??? Still waiting around. Been 7 weeks today since we submitted our last document. I’m not really understanding all this waiting. It’s  very stressful and it’s very hard on the marriage. Literally, this makes no sense.... Anyone gone past 7 weeks or more on this???

I re-submitted docs on January 29th, hopefully it gets accepted this month. Here’s to wishing NVC picks up the pace quick 👏🏻

Finally DQ I can't believe it! After Nebraska Service center, after RFE for the letter of unemployment we finally got it 🥳
The last submittion was 28th of December. 

Hey guys, 1st Congrats to all who got DQ'ed. 
and now I have a question hopefully someone knows the answer. When you resubmit a missing/requested document, does NVC  review ALL the documents again...like the ones that have already been "Accepted"?
I submitted back in November (Everything expect one document was approved), resubmitted the incorrect document on Jan 15 and waiting still.
With all this talk about missing unemployment cover letters and etc my stomach just drops just to think if they open all my approved documents and re-review them again and decide they want more.
I don't think I can handle a 3rd resubmission, my wife would literally lose her mind having to wait 2-3 more months. I. just want them to open the file, look at the resubmitted Doc and DQ.
Ive literally lost sleep over this.

VJ Community, correct me if I'm wrong, but I have yet to see anyone get a request for evidence (RFE) for not having submitted additional evidence of a bonafide marriage.
