I received them all by now (12, 24 and 48 months).
Your current 48 month extension letter is the one that you need to keep. Please note that it is a 48 month extension from the expiration date of your green card. So in my case, I only have an additional 2 years because I’ve already been waiting close to 2 years since filing for my ROC.

That is normal. USCIS has increased the extension letters several times over the last few years. Your latest extension letter is the most current. It extends the expiration date printed on your Green card by 48 months.

And at the rate USCIS is doubling the duration of extension letters, the math says 96 month extension letters before the end of the year.

I can confirm that expired Green Card with extension letter works in Dominican Republic, even if your original citizenship required Visa, with all of that no need a visa

I travelled by air in December, there was no problem. My passport also required visa or eTA for Canada, but I didn't have to apply for it because of GC and extension letter.

Found this:
Any person who can legally travel or reside in the United States, Canada and the European Union (including Great Britain) does not need a visa to visit the Dominican Republic for tourist purposes and can enter the Dominican Republic with a Tourist Card and a valid passport.

@Vpanda85 anything happened when you were entering DR? Did they look at your Green Card and extension letter? Did they have any questions? Did you have to pay any fees / get tourist card?

I have travelled to the DR with an expired green card and I-797 extension letter twice (Dec 2021 and Dec 2022). I have an Indian passport and can confirm that I had no issues both times travelling to the DR. Your wife will not be able to use the E-Gates (while leaving the DR) and will have to wait in line to get processed by an immigration official. You can wait in line with her with your US passport as well or use the E-Gates.
The only minor inconvenience is that the airline (Delta) employees wanted to go through all my paperwork during boarding (while traveling back to the US) even though the person at the check in desk verified all my documents. Some of the airline employees took some time to read and understand the extension letter. I had no issues leaving the US either.

U.S. passport holders don’t need a visa to enter DR. U.S. LPRs are granted a visa waiver.
I googled this for you:

Bear11 got a reaction from Ally&Axel in RFE for I-485, what's wrong?
My I-864 was approved, it was different mind in this forum (about my RFE, and self employed), they will schedule date for interview, unfortunately we lost lots of time since November 2019

Agree, but you can not submit banking statements more than 12 months, that’s the requirement, but if they see something big deposit during the year then it can be an issue....but IRS transcript must be number one

The CO makes a decision based upon the totality of the circumstances, not minimums.

It is best to always consider the 125% guideline even with just the I-134. Some embassies and consulates will only consider the 125% regardless. Not sure if yours is one but since the k1 is pointless without the AOS following it why not plan appropriately?
