    Agree with other postings.

Additionally, the VJ Working and Traveling During US Immigration Forum: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/115-working-amp-traveling-during-us-immigration/ , is a great resource for all similar matters. Your question or other similar topics are often discussed at that forum. As a matter of fact, the second posting in that forum speaks about dealing with CBP at TSA Airport Checkpoints.

Good luck on you immigration journey.

Yours is marked complete, you are within one year of your medical exam! You are FINE!!

Read the policy for K1s. Those who went to a Civil surgeon either did not complete their vaccines, did not file AOS within one year or did not read the policy.

I myself have posted this comment several times so this topic is very searchable on VJ.

    https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-3

    "4. K or V Nonimmigrants Applying for Adjustment [26]

K and V nonimmigrants applying for adjustment of status are not required to repeat the medical examination if the application was filed within one year of the date of the original medical examination, and:

The medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition; or

The applicant received a conditional waiver in conjunction with the K or V nonimmigrant visa or the change of status to V and the applicant submits evidence of compliance with the waiver terms and conditions. [27]

If a new medical examination is required and reveals a Class A medical condition, a new waiver application will also be required. In such cases, the officer should determine whether the applicant complied with the terms and conditions of the first waiver, if applicable. Such determination should be given considerable weight in the adjudication of a subsequent waiver application. [28]

Even if a new medical examination is not required, applicants must still comply with the vaccination requirements if the vaccination record was not included as part of the original medical examination report. If the vaccination report was properly completed at the time of the overseas examination, the officer may accept the vaccination assessment completed by the panel physician.

An applicant’s overseas medical examination report completed by a panel physician should already be in the applicant’s A-file. If it is not in the A-file, the officer should request the medical examination report through a Request for Evidence (RFE).

If the applicant was granted a change of status to V in the United States, [29] the medical examination report completed by the civil surgeon should be in the A-file created at the time that the change of status was initially granted."

If you complied with the above and filed AOS within one year of your overseas medical exam date, the I693 and its procedures/policies do not apply to you as a K1 applicant. It does not matter when your AOS interview happens, as long as you filed AOS within one year of the medical exam date (and you meet the above conditions), your medical will never expire.
Submit a photocopy of your personal copy of the DS3025 Vaccination Record with I485 and bring your personal copy to the AOS interview as back up.
Your actual overseas medical exam documents were collected at your POE as they were IN your sealed K1 Visa packet and will be sent from CBP to DHS for storage in your A-file.
Your interviewing officer will collect your A-file for review at your AOS interview or shortly after and confirm that your previously submitted K1 medical exam and vaccinations meet the requirements.

So the two big questions are:

    1. Is your DS3025 marked complete? Check the bottom left corner for the checkbox that says "K1 Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements"

    2. Will USCIS receive and issue you a receipt number within one year of your overseas medical date to have complied with the one year submission requirement?

If yes, you have completed the medical requirements to adjust status.

Brazil/US2018 reacted to Brina in K1 AOS SEALED ENVELOPE I-693 form??
So, what if "Immigrant Visa or Parolee applicant completed vaccination requirements" was selected on the DS3025? Would that be sufficient?

Brazil/US2018 reacted to Georgia16 in K1 AOS SEALED ENVELOPE I-693 form??
So if the DS 3025 is marked as complete then your are fine and just need to sent that in. Some people don't have it marked as complete for several reasons and then they will have to see a civil surgeons here to get the I-693.

A lot of people get paid hourly

Correct. i was changed from salary to hourly a few years back as well. My employment letter showed HOURLY. That's fine.

Brazil/US2018 reacted to Celie in AOS K1 Adjustment of status affidavit help??
Hahah why do I feel we work for the same company. Ours just went through that exact scenario. I had already filed for AOS so I won't be sending any more info in, but they provided me with a contract (that shows my hourly amount instead of salary) and a "yearly compensation" graph that shows my annual salary (it's weird, I know). I will take those to the AOS interview to show my raise/compensation change.  If they provided anything similar to you, you can always provide it to show that they will base your hourly on a salaried amount (if applicable).

Brazil/US2018 reacted to Nat&Amy in AOS K1 Adjustment of status affidavit help??
The letter from employer + your paystubs are the easiest, most efficient way to show the IO what your CURRENT income is. Your tax transcripts will show Immigration your past earnings so that they can better evaluate what your financial situation is overall.

One does not substitute the other.
  16. Thanks
Brazil/US2018 reacted to geowrian in AOS K1 Adjustment of status affidavit help??
Just the transcripts and no paystubs? No. That would not show current income. That would show past income.
  17. Thanks
Brazil/US2018 reacted to geowrian in AOS K1 Adjustment of status affidavit help??
The letter is fine. Combined with the paystubs, that shouldn't be an issue.
The tax return is required, but would not be part of your current income.
  18. Thanks
Brazil/US2018 reacted to payxibka in AOS K1 Adjustment of status affidavit help??
You would annualized the amount by taking the hourly rate * 2080

You shall include Form DS-3025 in your AoS Packet, and make sure your husband properly complied with all the vaccination requirements.
The form should be marked "complete".

If your husband still has some vaccinations to do (aka his DS3025 is not complete), you need to contact a Civil Surgeon and have them file Parts 1. - 5., 7., and 10.
    of Form I-693.

It's all in the instructions. Read them thoroughly!

I am a little confused as to where you are getting your information for Form I-864. Here is a the pertinent section from the Form I-864 instructions.
    REF: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf , pages 8, 9.

Most folks, including us, only included 3 years of the IRS-supplied tax return transcripts with submission of I-864, with our successful AOS submission to the appropriate USCIS lockbox location..

Good luck on your immigration journey.

    From the I864 instructions:
"Item Numbers 23.a. - 25. Federal Income Tax Return Information. You must provide either an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years.
You are not required to have the IRS certify the transcript or photocopy unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official; a plain transcript or photocopy is acceptable.
Do not submit copies of your state income tax returns. Do not submit any tax returns that you filed with any foreign government unless you claim that you were not required to file a Federal individual income tax return with the United States Government and you wish to rely on the foreign return solely to establish the amount of your income that is not
subject to tax in the United States.
If (BIG "IF) you provide a photocopy of your Federal individual income tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every Form W-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your Federal individual income tax returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint income tax return
with your spouse and are qualifying using only your income.
If you selected Part 6., Item Number 2. that you are self-employed, you should have completed one of the following forms with your Federal income tax return: Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business), Schedule D (Capital Gains),
Schedule E (Supplemental Income or Loss), or Schedule F (Profit or Loss from Farming). You must include each and every Form 1040 Schedule, if any, that you filed with your Federal income tax return
As stated previously, you must submit an IRS transcript or copy of your Federal individual income tax return for the
most recent tax year. If you choose to rely on income from the three most recent tax years, you must submit an IRS transcript or copy of your Federal individual income tax return. If you were required to file a Federal income tax return for that tax year but did not do so, you must file all late returns with the IRS and attach an IRS transcript or copy of your late return and submit it with Form I-864. If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax
law because your income was too low, attach a typed or printed explanation. If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a typed or printed explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you are subject to it. Residence outside of the United States does not exempt U.S. citizens or lawful
permanent residents from filing a U.S. Federal income tax return. See Filing Requirements in the IRS Form 1040 Filing Instructions to determine whether you were required to file.
For purposes of this affidavit, the line for Total Income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A will be considered when determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered."

Yup, so you need 6 passport photos, you don’t need a photo for I-864, and what do you mean with  the passport photocopy is around 30 pages? You only need a photocopy of your passports identification page, where your photo and name is, you don’t photocopy the entire passport.

I've copied the entire passport too. Three times At the AOS interview the IO gave back two sets of photocopies and asked me why did I sent that in? I told her because read only ppl getting RFEs for not sending three copies...
So honestly don't know what is the right solution, but for sure you need 6 passport style photos....

You do not need to submit the entire passport photocopied but you do need to submit the required documents for each form. Most of them are the same so yes, most everything should be in triplicate.
You can search "AOS coverletter" using the search function. Most recent ones are correct.
I don't usually let those types of post slide by as I received a useless RFIE myself in March (where they lost two of the three Marriage Certificate photocopies I submitted) so I'm relentless on making sure everybody has the correct info when I see those kinds of posts.
