My husband paid for everything except my medical, stay in Montreal and the uhaul to move. 
I did all the paperwork and made sure everything went smoothly from that side.
In reality it's a joint effort.  Since a K1 can't work, unless they bring savings from their home country, the USC ultimately pays for the AOS and the I-129F.  The K1 could pay for the DS-160 since that is the visa application.  I would find it odd for the K1 beneficiary to pay for the I-129F. 
 
You're asking a person to leave their life in their home country and their family.  If you're already having issues about who pays for what, maybe this isn't a good relationship.  Marriages generally require a lot of communication,  courtesy, collaboration, and some compromise.  The 4Cs if you will.  You should be nice to each other, communicate, work together, and sometimes you give up things for each other.  It's a balance.  But if you're already arguing about who pays for what, work out those details before marriage.

hello everyone ... today the visa was issued to my fiance we are happy .... how many days will it take to arrive .. any ideas?

As long as it takes for the embassy staff to complete their work. 
There is no set time frame.

I am not familiar with the U.S. embassy there.   You may want to seek out others from there.

How long depends on the embassy ... and I don't know about your embassy.

It changed to Non-immigrant visa application/Application received, 2 days after my interview, then the next day it went to AP for 2 days then issued, visa in hand 2 days aftee it changed to Issued. My embassy is Israel embassy

Hi Everyone! I have not been on Visa journey in a LONG time! But, I wanted to share some positive news and spread a little hope! 
My husband & I received an email Monday that he can now come to Ankara to get his Visa!!!!! This is 6 months after his interview. We had previously applied for the Fiance Visa but were denied so we have been waiting almost 5 years to be together! The happiness is mind numbing and we both have cried from joy. 
There is hope....try to stay positive!!!!

When it is done it will show ISSUED.

If that is all they are missing I think you will be approved.  They'll ask for the passport soon and then you know you are moving to the next step. No one can say with any certainty when that will happen.  Take a deep breath you're almost there. 

Just file and pay the current fees, no issue. The card is just evidence of you status, it doesn't mean when card expires you no longer are an LPR, your card just expires. File the I90 and wait about 6-7 months for the new card.

Received the NOA2 hard copy today!!  The only advice I can give to any other 200+ day people is just have an abundance of patience and don't let the time frame get you down.  Of course there will be moments of extreme frustration.  I was mentally prepared to go 2+ years if need be.  We did all of the standard things, status inquiries and a request through my senator.  I dunno if any of it really mattered, we always got the BS "awaiting security checks" answer.  The only thing interesting about our approval date was that it was exactly one year to the day since our application had been transferred to the Vermont Service Center.  Coincidence???
 

Day 497 and they told me over the phone today that we are approved.  Waiting to see the NOA2 with my own eyes!!! Happy, but remaining cautiously optimistic.

This is very hard writing this as I was very involved with VJ during the K1 visa process and was so excited when my fiance came here to marry me from Israel.
 
He came in January, we married in March and as of June 9th he moved out of the apartment to stay at an AirBnB and is going to go back home after our divorce is done. We had many fundamental issues, he was not willing to work on them or seek counseling, and he kept telling me he wanted to just go home because he couldn't see a future here. 
 
Long story short, we already filed for AOS, EAD and AP back in May--he went for his biometrics and NOW I have filed for annulment. We have no kids or assets together other than our joint bank account which is now been closed. 
 
My question and concerns are:
 
Given that I am his sponsor, do I have any legal obligation or liability during the divorce/annulment process?  If we end up divorced instead of annulled, can he try to get alimony from me because I was his sponsor? If we end up annulled, does the "fraud" stay on his record? I tried to get an annulment based off of a 'fraudulent marriage' because he promised a life here with me, promised a family and promised to stay in the US but 3 months after marriage, he does not want to stay here, does not want a family and does not want to be married.   
We are not talking and I am concerned what he can do and what he can try to get out of me given that I was his sponsor.

After my long awaited K1 visa interview my application has been put on hold pending obtaining a police certificate from China. I explained to the case officer that I followed US state gov. directions and all local directions and the police / notary office refused to provide me one arbitrarily, probably owing to me living in a small town where police never deal with foreigners but just got an arbitrary "no" after spending a week visiting different police stations and notary offices. Anyone familiar with China or unaccountable state bureaucracies will know this situation well...
 
I described this to my case officer. I presented a stamped and signed letter from my chinese employer detailing our failed efforts. I also have chat logs from my colleague who was helping me with translation at the time indicating our unsuccessful attempt. My case officer wouldn't look at any of this and told me to contact the Chinese embassy here in Dublin,  Ireland. 
 
I spent all of this morning at the Chinese embassy to be told, once again, that police certificates are a local matter and they can't assist me at all. My case officer asked me to contact the US consulate if I could not get any assistance and they might be able to liase with their Chinese colleagues. 
 
To my disappointment after a detailed email sent to the US consulate, they simply responded with a copy/pasted link to their instructions on Us state.gov. I already discussed how I followed these instructions and was unsuccessful... It's disgusting that they just ignore your case entirely and respond with automated answers that are clearly not applicable or helpful.
 
I was under the impression that consulates made provisions for unobtainable police certificates from countries like China, especially if the candidate has documented efforts to attain one through the correct channels and could not through no fault of their own.
 
I cannot afford to leave work / fly back to china on my own where I have now no contacts or help to translate in a small, rural police station that would not even help me with a Chinese citizen present, let alone me on my own with poor Chinese...
 
Can anyone help? Should I just contact a lawyer/congressman/departmentof foreign affairs/ US ambassador or something?

Is it advisable or compulsory for the petitioner (US citizen) to engage the service of an immigration lawyer to help with the process of the K-1 visa?
I and my fiance have not seen each other but I will be travelling to the US in July with my B1/B2 Visa to see him. How soon after the visit can the petition be filed?

Yea they iwll notify him of when to submit it. While a verbal approval is good, anything can happen in AP. Nothing is guaranteed until that issued status on CEAC.
