 Hello everyone. My fiance had the interview today at the Barbados consulate, all right, only that he has to send his police record again in St Kitts but it has to be in a sealed envelope and that of Cuba, although it has been more than 4 years since He came out of there..so to wait again .... someone with a similar experience? let me know

Pretty straight forward, they just want the sealed reports. After they get them they'll take a couple weeks probably to look over them and all. Then your fiance will probably end up in administrative processing (AP) for awhile. Could be short, or take awhile. Then the embassy will make the final decision on issuing or what not.

Nothing unusual there.  Police reports from countries lived in for >6 months since age 16 are required for all immigrant visa applicants.

They told him that if he was approved he only had to send those documents .. Now what I did not ask was if he sent the passport along with the documents .. or they tell him to send it when everything is ok ..... I feel frustrated

Only send exactly what was requested.  When they are ready for the passport to be sent, they will notify him.

If he doesn't send the passport,  they will ask for it when ready

Yea they iwll notify him of when to submit it. While a verbal approval is good, anything can happen in AP. Nothing is guaranteed until that issued status on CEAC.

He called the embassy and they said that ... they tell him when to send the passport
