Wow! i dont think i have heard or read a case like this before. 243 days and still no response??? doesnt sound right...You should contact uscis about  your form being out of the normal time frame. You should do a better job of calling and sending emails to them daily until you get a response. I pray all goes well for you.

Ours took 322 days last year (293 days of radio silence until we got an RFE).  There were plenty of others whose case took 400+ days.  I think the cases are moving more quickly these days, but 243 days is certainly not unheard of.  Keep submitting inquiries as often as they'll allow it, cause that will prompt someone to look into it and make sure it's not collecting dust somewhere, but I bet you're stuck in background checks, and there's not really anything anyone can do until those are completed.

This is the K-1 forum; all K-1 petitions except for a handful involving waivers and/or criminal backgrounds are processed in California.

Multiple service centers handle IR-1/CR-1 petitions like yours.

When K-1 petitions were being processed extremely slowly on average from about mid-2017 to mid-2018 (note - the posters in this thread with 240+-day NOA1 to NOA2 times for a K1 are extreme outliers from the average, and were even then), there was not a large difference between K-1 and CR-1/IR-1 average processing times. There is again now.

You are not alone; I waited 582 days before NOA 2 and we are at day 639 in the process.

I know it's hard, but practicing patience and keeping yourself busy will help you.

You might try both options below.

First try submitting an inquiry using this link from the Ombudsman; submit your request online.  If you have already submitted online but did not receive a confirmation email with your case number, the submission did not go through.  Please try again.

If you have not submitted Form DHS-7001, Case Assistance Form, online or made other arrangements with our office to file on paper, we will not respond to any emails.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* as soon as it has been completed.

Now its not letting us to do another one, i think we can do after 24th July, because that is the time they gave us for response for inquiry which i got above.
