In the presentation of adjustment of status for K1 I must include the I -130 and pay $ 535 apart from the $ 1225 ... I am confused I need help ... thanks

If you immigrated on a K-1 visa you do not file an I-130. These are your next steps after your marriage:

1. Apply for your adjustment of status (I-485), Advanced Parole (I-131), and Employment Authorization Department (I-765). Advanced Parole allows you to travel while adjustment is processing while Employment Authorization Document allows you to work. 

2. Once you have received your NOA1 for your Adjustment of Status, keep it on your person in case you are asked to present your current status

3. Wait for USCIS to either schedule you an interview or send a Notice Of Potential Interview Waiver letter

July 01, 2019 (Day 327) : Oath Ceremony I AM NOW A US CITIZEN!!!!
