ISSUED status is millions of time better than "the check is in the mail!"

It changed to Non-immigrant visa application/Application received, 2 days after my interview, then the next day it went to AP for 2 days then issued, visa in hand 2 days aftee it changed to Issued. My embassy is Israel embassy

Thank you for answering, I think I'm close ... I think that between today and tomorrow my embassy is Barbados
