I have never posted on here, but I thought I should let people know that a few days ago I got an interview date in the mail! I wasn't expecting to get one this soon with everything going on, but thankful things are moving forward!
 

We received this case status update last night. Looks like our Jacksonville, FL field office is starting up AOS interviews again.

I finally got the notification that my green card interview has been scheduled! Waiting for the letter in the mail now

Hello I just wanted to give an update on our case. We had our GC interview on Friday. My husband has been approved 🙏🏽 We really thought that with covid everything would be held up but don’t lose hope they are scheduling and giving interviews. Our case was a little different so I am not sure if for some reason that had to do with being scheduled and receiving everything pretty quick. My husband has been on TPS since he was 8 so for 20 years, I am a US citizen so he was able to adjust through marriage. I pray that you all receive news like ours real soon! God bless you all and I am so glad this platform exists, it really helped me out with information and to know how everything was working ! 

Got mail showing Interview scheduled for next week. Case never updated on website. Mail was actually sent to the wrong address but USPS was able to get it to me.  🙂
 
 

hi! Did anyone get their interviews scheduled or rescheduled? I'm getting very frustrated..my husband is going to overseas base in November and I just can't imagine myself staying here alone😭

At this particular point in time, no. Both CR-1/IR-1 and F2A categories are immediately current (CR/IR always are). So the only delays are processing times.

How long AOS takes depends a lot on local field office and the specific case.
San Diego's field office - based on your profile since you lack a timeline - was taking ~9-35.5 months to get an interview. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
COVID-19 has resulted in delays of anything involving an in-person presence. Your stated timeline doesn't jump out as abnormal IMHO.
 
There is nothing to suggest that being an LPR would be the cause for a delay.

1.  Protect yourself both physically and legally through an attorney..  
2.  If you have evidence of fraud, you can report it.  Other than that, you have no control over his immigration status.  If he was issued a Green Card, your affidavit of support remains in effect....you cannot withdraw it.....and it will remain in effect for several years...maybe even many years..a divorce will not alter your responsibilities.....the best solution might be for him to gain citizenship...which will remove you from financial responsibility for him.  Remember, You verified that the marriage was bona fide.
3.  Seek happiness for yourself.

Wow. I am not patronizing you; I am offering advice. I wouldn’t know if you fully researched your options and was merely pointing out differences and if you had a priority one choice would be better than the other. If you search on VJ the majority of k1s are shocked/uninformed to know they can’t work for an extended period of time.  Secondly, FYI, working remotely on a tourist visa is NOT legal as well. If you did that you would have violated the terms of your b1/b2. To my understanding, it's the responsibility of the immigrant to verify if they need to provide a completed I-693 which I think is a really bad way of handling things.
 
I had mine completed a week prior to my original interview before it got postponed. It cost me about $45 to get a Civil Surgeon to certify my vaccination record based on USCIS requirements.

New card is being produced!!! For my ead!!! It was the best feeling I’ve felt in a long long time. 8 months of wait. Finally!!!!

Congrats. I have just called USCIS. I was told to be patient, the offices are slowly reopening.

I just got a notification two days ago that my interview was scheduled. Waiting for the official mail notice. My initial interview was scheduled for end of April, and I'm at the Cleveland local office.

Case Updated to Interview Was Scheduled!

Just got the interview notice. Our interview will be on July 29

Although the ASCs re-opening does not guarantee any movement with all of our individual cases, it certainly seems to be a step in the right direction.

The bar for proving immigration fraud to USCIS is extremely high. They get calls and reports from angry ex-spouses/ex-lovers all the time. They are very well trained and experienced in telling the difference between immigration fraud and an ex seeking revenge. Don’t worry. 

I haven’t checked my I-145 status since last month due to COVID-19 . Today, while at work, I was tempted to check my status and behold! My status says “new card being produced”.  I wasn’t expecting this, I feel overwhelmed. 
 
I am really short of words right now lol, feels surreal that the K-1 journey has now ended and the path to citizenship is now opened.

Thought I should share our update, we received our letter today with our interview date. It is set for the beginning of August. Praying you all start hearing something for your case 🙏🏽

After 8.5 months, EAD card finally approved! 

Our interview was rescheduled! Case status is now 'Interview Was Scheduled'. Will wait for the mail to see what the date is.
 
We originally filed in December, had an interview scheduled for early April, and had that cancelled in late March. We've been on Interview Ready to Schedule since early May. It updated today.
 
So it looks like cancelled interviews are now being scheduled.
 

Hello fellow October filers. It's been pretty quiet on our thread lately, so I thought I would share some potentially good news with you. I found this post on the December 2019 K-1 AOS filers thread (it's not my case status). This person is assigned to the Kansas City field office, and their appointment letter gave them an August 3rd interview date.
