Have a long talk with your fiancé too, being that she failed the drug test means she used days before the medical. She needs to stay clean even once in the US as Federally it is still illegal.

This comment from the consulate is clear. Basically do the 1 yr drug testing and redo the medical. Then if she passes the medical they will issue the visa. If you go the CR1 route you are going to come up again to the needing the 12 months drug tests. So making your wait time even longer. At least with the K1 it is already being held at the consulate until she passes the medical drug testing.

As this is her visa on the line. It will be all on how much risk she wants to take. If she is not comfortable with that risk that is up to her. Do not keep pushing her to try, it's not your visa that will be cancelled. I would never tell anyone to take that risk just because you think it is a legit reason to visit. Many many ppl get turned around for legit reasons. She does have ties to home, like her husband and kids, but at the same time those ties have not stopped her from coming to the US twice already without them.

I would save the money from the visa and waiver fees and contact a lawyer in the US. You need to fight this battle from home and get a good lawyer who can do this. I believe the lawyer you have been dealing with did you a disservice and needs to be canned. Do not use this one any further.

I went ahead and ordered another Roborock, plus the extended warranty. Since it proved to be a smart purchase last time.

Well my vacuum arrived at the warranty place, This afternoon I get a text saying they can't fix it and issued me a full refund. Now trying to decide what I want to buy🤔

I've never seen an add like that. How about parents teach the kids not to eat batteries and for the littles one just keep batteries out of reach.

You don't wait you move on. If and that is a big IF she ever messages you back then and only then do you reply back. At that time if you have found some better, you let her know if not and you want to further try with this one. Go in knowing about the previous red flags. No you cannot control who other ppl invite. You need to find someone who is at the same maturity level as you. Someone who can handle the ex in your life. She will always be in your life and that you two get along. You need a strong confident women, not a young girl playing games still. You can still find some beautiful mature women out there. The kinds who do not play games. That is what you're looking for. Someone to spend the rest of your life with.

She was pretty clear in her text to you that she was done. Wait to see if she will come around but if you try again you will just make yourself look like a nut case.
