I'm just reading this now. I would run and run fast. Too many red flags. First, is the no actual calls, no facetime, no nothing. Then all of a sudden she wants to meet up at your convention, but suddenly has the worse period in hell. Ya no it doesn't work like that. Why the heck did she send you bloody pictures????? Then a hospital picture of an IV, I'm going to bet this is a guy and in another country who thinks you're an idiot to believe such nonsense. TBone I know what I do know about you is you are no fool and your spidey sense has to be going off. Do not feel so desperate that you ignore your gut. I would not even wait for her next message. Time to block and move on.

Almost all the medical facilities are like that. Maybe one or two that might give you a copy. So all that is perfectly normal. It is good you told the truth about the drug use and explained it to the DR. It will all depend on the Country and how the doctors handles similar situations and how long ago that was. They do have some discretions on how it would be labeled in your chart. Then the next part will be at the interview. Depending on the Doctor's notes that is what the Officer will make the call off of. Now since it is pot you're lucky and you might just have a delay for 6m to a 1yr. Some countries you would have to do random drug tests and redo the medical. One more hoop to jump through but the visa in the end if you pass the medical. Once you jump through the hoops (if they are required) and you get the visa you will not be turned away at the border for that issue. As you would have already been given the all clear. If the doctor gave you the all clear at the medical and you get your visa without jumping through hoops. You again are all clear when you arrive at the border. Well that is as long as you don't do anything to make you inadmissible before entry.

You need to look at the countries you are wanting to go to. As some countries such as Canada you will not be allowed entry until you apply for a waiver and are granted one.

As you posted in the K1 (fiancé visas) forum I would like to move your thread to the proper forum. Is your Father a USC?
