  1. Oh man that sucks ROC took so long and you didn't know you could still file for her the N400. Definitely get started ASAP. Depending on where you live it could be faster. Fingers crossed for you. BTW if he is a college student by the time he files he can apply for a fee waiver. My older two boys were over 18 when I naturalized so they had to do it on their own. Both were approved for the fee waiver and didn't have to pay a cent for it. They worked part time while going to school.
  2. Could get lucky and squeeze by. If not you can't get started until he is 18 and meets the 5 yr as a PR.
  3. She will need the oath ceremony. Pretty much he needs to be under 18 the day she gets her certificate. If he is over 18 then he can apply just like your wife did but under the 5 yr rule.
  4. ~~Moved to What Visa Do I Need, form AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas - as the OP is exploring how to bring his ex-wife to the US if they remarry.~~
  5. Last summer a Judge rule that 15 months was not too long for AP. After that the WOM pretty much stopped working.
  6. ~~Hijack post split off of a 9yr old zombie thread. Please do not post questions about your own case in other member's threads.~~ What are you interviewing for? I want to make sure we have your question in the right forum.
  7. I should look into the cat food through them. It's only .90 savings but it might have other perks I could look into.
  8. Yes Chewy actually wants more than even Walmart once they give you that first discount. It would be 8$ more than Amazon.
  9. I have tested a few littlers now and think I will stick to the Freshstep crystals. I just set up autoship with amazon saving almost 5 bucks.
  10. ~~Posts related to the DS5535 for another Consulate/Embassy/Country has been removed. This thread is for Montreal only. Members here cannot give any advice on how things would work anywhere other than Montreal.~~
  11. Sorry I have been without computer access until just now. Click on the link below to find your monthly filers thread. This is in the subforum of US Citizenship General Discussion. I'm going to lock this thread since there is a Monthly filer that you were looking for.
  12. ~~Moved to US Citizenship General DIscussion, from ROC~~
  13. Woohoo, yay for Mini-B getting his butt in gear. You must be so relived.
  14. Selling the car privately may get more then the car lot. They usually under pay so they can jack it up to resell it.
  15. ~~Moved to the Regional forum, from K1 P&P- the OP is asking country specific questions.~~
  16. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from IR1/CR1 P&P- As similar threads are discussed here.~~
  17. They cannot both move to the US when mom gets her visa. The child might be allowed to visit, but with mom having a visa in hand she could also be denied entry. If the child is allowed to visit, that is exactly what her status would be visitor. No school as a visitor.
  18. ~~Moved to the Regional forum, from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports-As the OP will need country specific feedback.~~
  19. ~~Non contributory post removed along with one post quoting it.~~
  20. Delay mom's interview. Call USCIS and ask if they can match the child's case with mom's. They sometimes will do this because it is not technically an expedite so they don't have to follow certain criteria. Can't get the medical until they give the Ok which is when the interview is set.
  21. ~~moved to General Immigration Discussion, from Ir1/CR1 P&P- As the Op's spouse has arrived to the US.~~ Mod hat off It goes by the date he entered. As he entered the US 2 months after your 2 yr anniversary he will get a 10yr GC. Now it is possible they will mess up and send him a 2yr card but then you would get that corrected.
