you sent the letter. CONSIDER IT WITHDRAWN.

and no one, not even my point blank no nonsense self, is being NEGATIVE. we are telling you what you can DO (not much) and to learn a lesson about acting rashly, and how the immigration process WORKS. Just because you do not LIKE what we are telling you,  does not make it any less TRUE.

So let me see if I can translate what I think happened. you filed a K1 4 months ago. For whatever reason, you (i imagine) get ticked at your fiancee (or she got ticked at you, doesn't really matter) and instead of acting like a rational adult (and knowing an NOA2 isn't coming for MONTHS) and wait awhile to cool off/ see what happens/etc, write a letter to withdraw it and send it in. You make up. Happy rainbows and unicorns again.

But ... now your rash decision has you screwed.

You can NOT withdraw a ... withdrawal (as posted by the person above)

So NOW.... you have to REFILE the K1 (and likely have to explain whether to USCIS or the interviewing officer at the Consulate what happened AND according to the thread referenced above may cause possible naturalization or AOS issues), pay an additional $565, and add MORE wait time to an already long process.

May this be a lesson to never act in the heat of the moment.

dont do anything with the package other than fix the issue. they put it in the order THEY want. it doesnt matter to us if it seems out of order... its how THEY want it.

Don't 100% trust rapidvisa.  Monitor your case on your own. We had people here who had issues with that company.

I-765/I-131 approval and the physical combination card should be anywhere within 5-8 months.

After that, a long uncertain wait in which your application whirls through the mysterious unknowable wormhole known as "USCIS". At an unknown point in the future, your application will surface out of the wormhole but with an interview date. After which, the final decision of the application will be decided.

Based on the posts of other members who have withdrawn in the middle of the visa process, it seems that it’s far easier to just go on with the entire visa process once you file the petition even if you start to change your mind.

Obviously  this doesn’t apply to the Op’s situation as the withdrawal can’t be retracted, it just sadly shows us again that USCIS doesn’t take any withdrawal lightly. Perhaps USCIS presumes that they wasted time, money, and resources processing a file for nothing or that the relationship wasn’t bonafide

I got into several arguments with my fiancée too during the 8.2 months wait for NOA2 but withdrawal was never a question

    "You don't know me"

"You're just jumping on a bandwagon"

    "I don't need your opinion"

Either I have fallen off my chair and into the studio recording of a Dr. Phil show, or you seem to have failed to grasp the concept of what a public forum actually is. Firstly. You have brought YOUR problem and situation to relatable strangers for insight and advice. This has been given to you, in multitudes. I also have seen zero rude posts here - aside from yours. Telling someone "karma will get them", because they shared a lengthy, yet extremely informative, post...but it just happened to not be the music to your ears that I'm assuming you came here for.... is rude.

You have challenged nearly everyone here who has shared their advice or experience with "I will hear soon enough" - if you are so confident in whatever this "hearing back" will yield for you, then why did you come here in the first place?

Bottom line, there are two options at this point that I see, as you HAVE RETRACTED YOUR APPLICATION, whether you believe that or not:
    1) You wait, and eventually come face to face with the withdrawal request, and you wind up having to start over again with a new application.
    2) You go ahead and accept the withdrawal you have already put into motion, and move forward now with application #2.

In my opinion, the one that saves you more time than the other would be the most logical choice. But you will do what you wish to do regardless of the popular insight and outright written rules that you have been given, as that has been made apparent throughout this thread.

I am surprised this thread is still even open and active. At any rate - I do wish you the best, whatever path you take. Frustration can manifest in some nasty ways, but everyone deserves to be with the love of their life. I do hope that for you.

MIGHT I ADD, as I still cling to my own stubborn wishful thinking even after our own immigration journey - should you carry out what you wish to succeed, and find a loophole that serves you the resolution you are seeking - I implore you to share that. Whether it be here in this thread, or a new one. I imagine there have been, and will be, others in your same predicament who could appreciate and use that information, should it supersede.
