When did you update your email I did mine two days ago and I called them they said two weeks they get the case and because it is a k1 it will go really really fast 

8003755283 this is the number I called and it didnt matter what time I called but this is how I found out they were requesting RFE and then after that I started receiving alerts on my mobile app so they updated all information and we were approved 204 days from the day they received our application now we are waiting to see what is next good luck and I pray you and you loved I e is together soon may Gid bless yall for many many years to come God speed

We sent in our original submit only copies. His side, all the papers his divorce even the agreement financial terms and the other divorce decree with some modifications by court. By my side, a copy as well even with Apostille of Hague and the respective translations to English. We sent every papers we had about our divorces hahaha and no RFE for that.

Totally agree July statements are out for July 2018 14 K1 appoved 40 CR1 and only 16 IR1 (out of the  hundreds of  interviews)
they will not say it is age (as that violates the USC rights not to be discriminated because of age or sex 
what they will ask is "Can the USC still have  children" as that is suppose to be important to a Moroccan man (easy to tell from photo who the Moroccan is)
If denied that embassy never marks the 221g to tell u why a K1 is denied/ they just say denied
they do have to give a written response if spouse visa is denied
The importan't thing here is to make several face to face visits 
do not marry on the 1st visit
we have the biggest age difference but it took 3 applications , an appeal (i won) and 6 years to get his visa
you need a lot of patience
a lot of face time
a lot of love to get thru this as you will need to prove a real relationship

best to get infromation from others going thru casa embassy  for the best information

According to their timeline, Hazel is the petitioner so I’m guessing the USC is older. 
 
Although age alone won’t be a reason for denial, it could be a factor for denial if there are other issues where the CO doesn’t feel that the relationship is bona fide. 
 

Depends on local customs if it is a red flag or not.
Age alone cannot be a reason for refusal, but can be a consideration if the relationship is for immigration benefits alone.

She said the man is younger and I’m assuming she’s the US citizen. 

OP did not say which party was older, USC?
