Lrobby got a reaction from SalishSea in Case status
Yes every office is different but if they said that they are sending you the interview appt. Letter than you should have interview soon. Problem is that depending on the office, it could take a while to process. The CO tried to give us an RFE for the medical but that was his mistake and we didnt end up with an RFE.

You should have your interview. We received the appointment letter the week after biometrics. The day of the interview, my husband was approved and he received his GC in the mail a week later. That was last Friday.

Thank you VJ!!! Without @Greenbaum and this site, the process would not have been smooth sailing. Today was the interview and was approved on the spot. The wait in line was longer than the interview. They asked for the affidavit, financial statements, birth certificate, police certificates and passport and was told that the visa would be received within a week. Good luck to everyone that is still in the process!

Lrobby got a reaction from amforever in K1 Police Certificates England Expiration?
In the medical section it states that it is valid for a year. He turned it in at medical at Knightsbridge and his was from February 2018 and his medical was 29 October 2018. There was no issue and his visa was approved.

Lrobby got a reaction from Two Lost Souls in MMR/Tdap Vaccinations at GP?
My fiance is in Scotland and he tried with his GP but it was going to take about 6 to 12 weeks to be able to schedule him. There are travel clinics but charge quite a bit. He ended up going to Boots and paid £85 for all the jabs.He has to return on the 12th of Nov. for a second set of MMR but it's already on his shot records. None of them were covered by the NHS and they dont have the flu jab. Either way it was more convenient at Boots.

Lrobby got a reaction from Faith88’ in March 2018 I-129f Filers
To all the March filers waiting. Here's an update on my case to hopefully put you at ease a bit.
So I received the paper NOA2 on 22 SEP and approved 18 SEP. So USCIS has yet to update the sites both old and new. My case was sent to NVC. Called on 1 OCT to see if there was a case number...nothing. Called the following night and was told that they had just assigned a case number. I've checked the USCIS site and nothing has been updated and it still says received in March. I never received an alert or email. So check your snail mail folks.

Lrobby got a reaction from Lemonslice in Can medical be done in a different country?
On the USCIS website it states that you are sent to your country of residence, which is Poland. I out his UK address but in reading on VJ, some folks were still sent to their home country. I was just wondering if anyone had a experience.
-
Lrobby got a reaction from Marcelina in Can medical be done in a different country?
That's what we might do. Just checking on here to see if anyone has had that experience. We dont care where the interview is but we are thinking in terms of the traveling back and forth in this regard.

Lrobby got a reaction from Illiria in Can medical be done in a different country?
He is a resident of Poland not of the UK. He has lived in the UK for the past 10 years. But from what I have researched they will send your packet to the country that you are a resident of even if you dont live there. I saw this in another thread and it's on the USCIS website.

Lrobby got a reaction from REYHAN in K1-Visa February 2018 cases
I think it's all random. I received my NOA2 and it has yet to be updated on any site.

Lrobby got a reaction from pontof in March 2018 I-129f Filers
I honestly didnt think it was going to happen.
NOA1 old site: 16 Mar 2018
New site: 21 Mar 2018
NOA2: 18 Sep 2018
I've been faithfully checking all apps and sites and none of them have been updated. The approval was waiting in my mailbox today. I honestly thought I would've received an RFE even though I was meticulous about the filing. Sending you all good vibes. <3
