We got our NOA2 on August 30, 2018 and still waiting for the NVC's letter. Has anyone already received it?

Is there a way I can check this online?

Thank you. 😊

The process can take around 6-8 weeks so you are still okay.

Don't wait around for the letter. Call NVC and get your case number and invoice number. This is the time to get ahead of the game. Once you have case number you can get a lot of things done and ready for the interview stage. If you push it you can shave a month off the process. I went from NOA2 to interview in 44 days. I still haven't gotten my letter from NVC, and I was approved July 2nd, 2018, already have visa in hand.

Actually, your petition could already be at the embassy in ready status waiting on you to schedule the interview or send in packet 3. You need your case number to track your petition on the CEAC tracker. My petition was only at NVC for 7 days.1674924709_visa-editentry.jpg.e473fe397010b0aaa5d0a2925f6fae06.jpg

Thanks for this info, this is a big help. Though I am a little confused. Cos most of my friends who went through the same process were told to bring this letter of eligibility at the USEM. We got the case number and invoice number from NVC when we called. Did they ask for this letter during your time?

They never asked for the letter, but every embassy is a little different. Check in the forums for the Philippines, and I'm sure you will find a step by step instructions for the embassy. I know they don't care much about the I134 there, where they checked my I134 and tax statements, proof of income in Thailand.
