Hello I got my NOA2 notice via the new website today, approved yesterday 11/15  just waiting on the paper copy I'm guessing it has important information about the next steps?

Please provide a reference for the 6 month validity.  What I see is this on the UK embassy website:
 
"If you have resided in the United Kingdom for 6 months or more since the age of 16, you are required to obtain a police certificate from the ACPO Criminal Records Office (ACRO).  Further information is available from their website at www.acro.police.uk.
Note: UK police certificates are valid for 12 months only.  Failure to present all necessary and valid police certificates at the time of the interview will incur significant delays to your application."

In the medical section it states that it is valid for a year. He turned it in at medical at Knightsbridge and his was from February 2018 and his medical was 29 October 2018. There was no issue and his visa was approved.

I called the USCIS National Customer Service Center today to ask if I needed to wait til I was approved before mailing in the forms to get my original birth certificate back, the man on the phone said no and also told me that he shows that we were approved (NOA2) today anyways! News to me!! I don't have it updated on the website or an email but he said that I should be getting my paper copy in the next few days by mail! I'm so happy I woke my sleeping fiance (midnight there) to tell him ❤️

No. The only thing you need to send is the I-134 with one proof of income.

Nothing really we can do Sabrina02, we were just not one of the early ones to get approved. I'll be here until the last Mayer is approved/finished even if I'm approved. In my line of work or should I say my prior career, I left no one behind!!!!!!!

I've been working a lot of overtime to stay busy, it was my first day off in a week all I could do was stare at the USCIS website. Back to work tomorrow hoping it goes by quickly as possible. ❤️

There are many before with similar fact patterns who have had no issues (myself included).  This is an anomaly.   It is not the uscis's job to assess a relationship, but only to assess the eligibility of the USC to petition and the eligibility of the beneficiary to apply for a visa. Period.

Not one of those reasons makes it ok to use a stolen or fake SSN. Just because people don't have a legal option to come here doesn't mean we should turn a blind eye to their illegal path here. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. 

Perhaps you should offer up your SSN to these good people to help them out.

What country within the UK (Whales, England, Scotland or Northern Ireland)? One of these should be the answer.
