Is it possible to receive RFIE without biometrics? I am on my 65th day since submitting the AOS packet but did not receive any biometrics appointment letter. When I checked my case on uscis website today, they said they sent an RFIE yesterday ☹️☹️☹️

Anyone heard anything reference outstanding biometrics? NOA May 20th but still nothing for me.

What’s I advise is for the beneficiary/petitioner to keep checking the website everyday , that way you will know when slot are open. It’s happened for December the moment they open December with 2day it was all booked. I know persons waiting to book too. I will communicate though if I hear anything.

Probably zero. 
Marriage have nothing to do with. You have 1 visa denied already. Being married to Us citizen will make it even harder to get a b2 visa. 
 
Spouse visa process takes over a year. You cannot spend that much time in the US even with  2 visa. 
 
So in my opinion your plan is pointless a d since you already filed k1 I'd stick with it.

OMG someone with NOA1 of 05/03 got approved on 10/19!!! My NOA1 on the document is 05/01, new site 04/30 and old site 04/26. Fingers crosssed! Special prayers for early April family!! ❤️ 

I have not posted here before but my fiancé and I were just approved
noa1 was April 30
noa2 was October 19
i was with my fiancé when I received  a text message saying there was action taken On our case, so we logged in and checked status and seen we were approved

Hello all. I just recently came across this site. I did register and I like how it keeps track of stuff. Neat. However, late to the board. I also filed my Fiances k1 in April and USCIS has notice dates as 4/20 and 4/25 between the old and new site. Figured since it has been like 5 months now that I would do some research on 2018 visas so I am glad that I found this site.
