Hmmm! there s not much difference between advice and opinion here.
I doubt anyone here wants to hurt your feelings. Reality, itself, is what might upset you.
What do you mean by "she has business"? I thought I read she has no financial resources.

Thank you. I am very new here and still learning. Wow!  12 years here! are you an Immigration Attorney?
Learning is my thing. I will learn until the day I die, and maybe even in the afterlife, if there is one.
But, I am confused.  you wrote: ""Half of us" refer to half of couples" and "About half of this forum (including us) were denied B visas".
Do you refer to all beneficiaries? They/You all applied for B visas and were denied? How do you know?

Agreed; I take that statement back.
Age is not the decider at all and many couples of major age differences are legit.
I meant that some much younger men marry older American women for Green Cards/Naturalization only; Not for love.

    Wow! that was harsh but true;
Honestly, it s a reality check that many need to wake up. I applaud your courage to put it out there, especially asking about the age difference.
Age has been a major decider for many couples in that region of the world. Unfortunately, some do not realize there is no entitlement nor assurances when it comes to US laws, including the Immigration ones.

Very unlikely to be approved with a pending petition, USC wife, and soon-to-be child. And it could result in a permanent bar on any visa if you mislead the CO as to your true purpose of the visit (which they would easily see when you declare the child later in the immigrant visa process).

The only way to ensure this is to have the child outside the US. It's better to face reality now than to trick yourself into believing that you will find some loophole later.

There are plenty of people who apply for and visit on a tourist visa while their CR1 petitions are being processed. A B2 visa is a different class of visa as well (non-immigrant). I agree that if he applies for a B2 multiple times and is denied multiple times, then if may raise suspicion. As long as they are honest in their intention to use the B2 visa (even it was not approved) just to visit and not to stay, the CO will likely think little of it. It's pretty common for couples to have a B2 denial and still be approved for CR1 visas.

what i am about to say is hard to hear
I am sure (after being in Morocco to witness a birth) that this girl does not want to deliver there

anyway,  you will not get a tourist visa to visit from Morocco to your wife as they know you are married and immigration will assume you intend to stay in USA and AOS to remain here and tourist visas for Moroccans are difficult to begin with

your interview will be in about (hopefully) 14 months
your wife will need several visits to get this CR1 visa approved so maybe she can bring the new baby to see you / she needs to visit you within 2 years of the interview / it would be great if she could be in Morocco for the interview as emotional support although she can not attend the interview / nice to say she is there

now, your biggest problem is "as you say, she can not work"
she needs to show she has 125% of poverty guidelines which for you, a baby and a wife will be $25,975 (3 people) for the year 2017 if you interview before 15th April 2019 /if interview after 15th April will need to show 2018 income
if she can not work, you may need a cosponsor with income to support themselves, their family and your family

Good luck as you have a difficult road to visa ahead

Why doesn't she live in Morocco with her husband and give birth there? The child/wife would not be separated. Why is she living in the US if she has no ties and her spouse can support her in Morocco?

look. it may be a cultural thing, but when people are giving you advice they are not passing judgement! you asked a question and you are getting HONEST questions: SOrry if you do not like them.

you will not be in the USA for her delivery! sorry! i know its hard to imagine that the USA does NOT give a $*#@ that you got your wife pregnant and cant be there for the birth but understand this. If everyone could get an expedite from pregnancy it would be a mess! even having a child with her does NOT prove a bonefide marriage!!!!

    1. How old is your wife? how much younger is she then you? are you teh same age? morocco is a VERY VERY hard embassay to get a K1 or a CR1 from!
    2.  where did you get married? was it a cultural marriage?
    3.  are you the same religion?

dont expect to be in the USA with your wife for 14 months if it goes good.  Morocco is denying couples every day! if you get stuck in AP or a denied visa you are looking at 3 years!

at the end of the day, you have an uphill battle!!! I would not expect to be in morocco for 24 months.  thankfully we have technology and facetime.

Also, just because you knocked up your wife does NOT mean your marriage is more 'real' then someone who has never had sex.

    exactly!!!
But being from Morocco, i think they have a bigger issue then being there for the birth of the child.  they have a tough case. we dont even know the ages of the couples, how the marriage was or religion ect.. they still need to focus on showing a genuine relationship which means making frequent visits! i suggest the wife visits morocco early in the pregnancy.

Being pregnant did help in the Philippines......

On the day of the interview, since my wife was pregnant, they moved us to the front of the line to enter the embassy.  That saved us a good 30 minutes of standing outside

It might be a waste of time, money and effort to apply for a tourist Visa. He will chance not making it by the baby's birth; Casa Consulate is not the fastest. Furthermore, and only IMO, his ties to Morocco are not strong. I doubt he ll be granted a visiting Visa. Best idea is to bring her to live with him until he receives his immigrant Visa.

Although, I don t think you decided to become pregnant for an expedite, some have tried it before and failed.
To answer your question, you can not receive a speedy process due to pregnancy.
    However, I recommend you fly your wife back to Morocco as soon as possible;
There, you can support her "physically and financially". You say:  "as my wife now getting enable to work and needs my support physically and financially" You two can live together and wait until your CR1 is approved. BTW, K3 no longer exist, or have morphed to something else.
Also, you must begin thinking about how your Visa will be approved with your wife/petitioner can t support you.
Best  of luck to you, your wife and may you have a healthy and happy baby soon nshlah.

Maybe OP and his wife already gone over the options.

On a personal note, if I had a business in Morocco I would stay there. But maybe his wife can't adjust to the culture. We simply don't know.

I totally understand your intention is innocent, but choose your words wisely and reply with with the minimum and to the point. Best of luck to you and to your husband to be. I totally understand how you two want to be together, under the same roof. I, too, can t wait for my half to join me soon and boy it has been quite a long journey.

Make a page where you list all your jobs from to and description, and sign it. Hand it over first thing at the embassy and tell them that you made a mistake with the DS260 which you want to rectify with this submission. Better you do this first before anyone asks.
