Hopefully after reading through the thread that your visa expired the moment you used it to enter the US, so while filling within 90 days is ideal, it's not usually a biggie if you don't (unless you get arrested for something else entirely and the authorities report you to ICE for unknown status).
Hopefully you have also joined your monthly AOS Filing Thread and done some research within it and also some research by using the search bar about K1 AOS filing, so you can educate yourself on the process as there is nothing for you to be worried about at the point other than a possible RFIE/RFE months from now which is hardly the end of the world.
Education calms the nerves. Learn the process and you'll have no reason to be so alarmed.

    Huh? Opened what medical?
This is a K1 AOS filing.
The OP submitted a photocopy of their DS3025 as recommended.
The OP doesn't even have their sealed medical to be able TO submit it. That was collected at point of entry in the sealed envelope and has been shipped off to storage from DHS to USCIS with their A file. It won't get opened until the adjudicator gets to their case months down the line.

Geesh. No need to freak out the OP more than necessary, guys.

    No. That is NOT required.
A K1 is excluded from redoing the medical and filing an I693 provided their DS3025 is marked complete.
OP says they attached a copy of their DS3025. That is all they need to do until (or IF) they are advised anything further is needed.

@wildbug100420ensure you have read the I693 instructions before making such a grand statement.

I693 is for those filing AOS from within the US who aren't K1s and who have not completed an immigration medical.

Not long ago , they would hold one liable for the bounced check …so one would need to settle up before being able to re file. No recent hands on , but would not advise stop payment without an actual rejected /returned packet

This month is definitely high volume as fees and forms change on 04/01

Not sure what you and those you've stated expect, but you do realize this is just a security guard working front desk.

Your package  was received at intended location. Be patient. You'll need patience in this USCIS journey.

    - Photos are not that important
    - Staples are discouraged, but not banned. Just adds extra work for person scanning
    - It hasn't been long enough to declare package lost. 4-6 weeks is totally fine for your case to get created. The packet might be sitting somewhere in their warehouse now waiting to be processed
    - Calling is typically useless. Especially if case hasn't been created yet.

My question is... What all the evidence did you include in the packet?

I wouldn't do that because then uscis might reject the whole package for lack of payment. You have proof that it was received and that's all you need for now.

Technically, your K1 visa expired when you entered the US, and you are referring to your I94 and your authorized stay.  That being said, there is no deadline to file the AOS package, but you are doing it right to get it in as soon as possible while you still have a valid I94.  You sent your package a little more than a week ago, I would give it at least another week before worrying there is something wrong.  As to changing your name, if you have an interview, you can request the IO make those changes at that point.  If you do not have an interview and eventually plan to naturalize, you can make the change then.

    Good Luck!

    Relax.
You have not waited long enough.
Noa1 can take up to 30 days from when it was received not sent before you are even eligible to contact the lockbox.
Calling is discouraged. This is not a reason to call them.
Your shipping status days or was received.
    Again, relax.
PS. No you cannot cancel it just because you made many errors. You have to wait for RFIE / RFE.

    Pardon?
2024 taxes will not be required as proof until after April 15th 2025.
2023 taxes are required as proof only after April 2024 (edit: UNLESS you've filed them already).
If you are filing I485 NOW, 2022 taxes are the required most current year proofs.
Your household size is based on that.

Indicating that you are an IOE receipt number in your post is necessary then. You didn't indicate as such.
Not everyone is IOE. My advice is for those that aren't obviously as I said readers of this post in the future.

If you want correct answers you have to provide the correct details.
You could have gotten a slew of incorrect answers and sent readers in the future reading this thread down a path they need not be.

We always have to think of that before we post too.

    @madmanmike,

Page 8 of the I864 instructions state:
"If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law because your income was too low, attach a typed or printed explanation. If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a typed or printed explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you are subject to it. Residence outside of the United States does not exempt U.S. citizens or lawful
permanent residents from filing a U.S. Federal income tax return. See Filing Requirements in the IRS Form 1040 Filing Instructions to determine whether you were required to file."

You must attach a full explanation in letter format to your I864 package.

I strongly suggest reading through the I864 instructions until you have full understanding of what is expected. It's very likely seeing that I864 RFEs are generic, that you have more discrepancies than you think.

I stand by following the instructions to a T. And especially so, when one has a complicated case like this when they are tax filing exempt.
No need to appear lazy because lazy seems more likely to be unqualified.

    1. Did you submit the required sponsor statement saying you are not required to file taxes or did you assume they would know that?
    2. Did you check the box that says that you did not file?
    3. Did you input "0" or "None" or "N/A" in 24a, b and c?
    4. Did you also spell it out how your income adds up from the provided financial docs in the additional info section?
