Thank you, previous commenters who detailed their interview. I have mine next Tuesday, so I am getting a little nervous. Looking at what they are asking, it seems to be fine.

You asked this on Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday as well. Can you stop asking this? People will respond when they see it; no use repeating it every few hours as this is a forum, not a live chat.

Interview done as of this afternoon, and our online case status has already changed to "card is being produced".
Here is how things went:   We arrived at 2:00 (our appointment was at 2:30), and went to the security line. They wanted to see both of our driver's licenses and the appointment letter. They then had us walk through the xray machine and they scanned the binder and file holder we had brought with us (we opted to leave our cell phones in our car). After we finished (it took 5 minutes or less), they directed us to go sit in the waiting area.    We had been sitting there all of 2 minutes when we were called back. I believe that we were being interviewed by one of the supervisors, because it said he was a supervisor on the plate outside of his office door.    Once we sat down, he asked to see our driver's licenses again and my husband's passport, which we showed him.    He then asked where we met, and we asked him to clarify if it was where we initially made contact or when we met in person. He asked where we initially made contact, and we told him we met on a dating website, _________.com. He asked us if we knew "around" when that was, and my husband was able to give him the specific date. He asked why my husband knew the date so well and we explained that it was very much a big deal to us.     The next thing he asked is where my husband was working now. He saw the last place listed as the company my husband was working for in Australia, and asked if he was still working there. We answered that he wasn't, and we told him he was now working for a local crane company. I pulled out the employment letter we had from my husband's company and gave it to him, and he added it to the file and copied the address down. He said that he was making the correction on the form since it wasn't correct.    We asked about this time if we needed to tell him that our lawyer wasn't coming (we had already asked the front security folks if we needed to tell them and they said for us to tell the officer working with us). He started laughing and said he forgot to ask us, and then he had us fill out a waiver saying that we would be proceeding in the interview without a lawyer. It was comical, really.    He then asked if we had any pets, to which we answered that we just have chickens. He wanted to know if we were going to eat them, to which we responded that we would not be, at least anytime soon, because they give us eggs!   He asked what I do, and I told him I was a veterinary receptionist.    Next he ran down the list of questions about the human trafficking, criminal acts, sabotage, etc. that is actually on the form. He combined a few of them because he said they were redundant and take too long to ask, so that part didn't take too long.    After that, he asked what other proof we had- I gave him a copy of our car title in both of our names, our car insurance being in both of our names, a copy of our joint bank account information (he actually asked for bank statements too which I didn't have- I completely forgot to print and include those in our stuff- he didn't seem upset about it, but I'll know to have those printed for next time.)   At this time, I also gave him my husband's updated medical, which he said he didn't need because technically, the one on file hadn't expired yet (which it has- I'm not sure why the difference in information?) He went ahead and opened it and added it to the file anyway since we had brought it.    We showed him photos of some of our recent trips. He asked us why we were wearing the matching superman shirts, and we explained about that and he started laughing. He also congratulated us on the baby. He said he could tell that it must have been true love for my husband to move over here with all of the mess we had been through with immigration and that we seemed really happy together.    After that, he said that he was approving our application and that we could expect to receive the green card in the next two weeks.    He also took some time to explain what we could expect to do when it was time to remove the conditions in two years.    The entire interview took about 45 minutes, and was much easier than I expected. The officer/interviewer was very laid back and would crack jokes every now and then, as well as seemed to take a genuine interest in our life together.    Glad to be done for the next two years!! Good luck to all of you with interviews coming up soon!

So sorry, fellow Belgian, that you are going through this.

I would definitely include the marriage counseling things, as I think any person who will review your case will see that as an attempt to save your marriage, which you would not be doing at all if you did not hope it would still be fine (ie if it was not a bona fide marriage).  I would add anything that shows that you attempted to save the marriage (and not just for immigration, of course), as the people reviewing are still human, and they will see that the way we are, I think.
You can do this. Don't stay just for immigration purposes, as that is exactly the opposite of what you want to show.

    Hi all,
I've been a ghost user looking for help on this forum throughout the process, but just wanted to share my experience.

    NOA1: October 31st 2017.
Biometrics: early december (sorry don't remember exact date, we had to reschedule once from late november)
    EAD approval: January 20th 2018
    EAD received: January 27th 2018
    Interview notice: July 25th 2018
    Interview: September 11 2018.
GC approval letter: September 14 2018.
    GC received: September  17 2018.

Note: My husband was not eligible to apply for AP so he only got the EAD card.

Our process was pretty smooth with no RFEs or anything like that, but it was still nerve-racking waiting for updates from USCIS.
My local field office was Newark, NJ.
Just based on what my lawyer had told me, and other friend's experience around the area, I was not expecting to have my interview scheduled until past the one year mark, so we were surprised when we got our interview notice in July.

Just to share my interview experience, it went pretty smoothly.
My husband couldn't remember my mom's name, but the officer didn't seem to care that much about that.
Other than that, he asked how we met, when we decided to marry each other, and why we didn't get married sooner.
Then he asked questions straight from the documents we submitted and asked for supporting documents.
I took our health insurance and car insurance documents, A print-out showing my husband as the primary beneficiary on my life and retirement account, joint bank statements, travel itineraries with both our names on it.
    He took all of it.
He also asked for the originals of our birth certificates and marriage certificates. He also took some pictures from our photo album.
At the end he gave us a print-out stating that he cannot make a final decision at this point. But he verbally told us that he would most likely approve our case.
I read on most of the forums that they got an email of approval that very day or at least the next day so when we didn't get our email that day or the next day I started to freak out, but we got our approval email and mail in 3 days.
The green card arrived less than a week since our interview, which was a pleasant surprise.
So now we're done for now, at least for the next two years.

    Good luck everyone,

    Hello, just a quick update.
I got my interview on Monday, September 24th and received my GC by mail on the 28th so it was pretty fast. Interview went well, at the beginning she thought i had a lawyer or translator with me because the interview letter was In care of "name of my dad", she didn't understand either why they wrote In care of, but it was fine. At the beginning she was a bit cold, but after 10 min the atmosphere was much better. She asked for recent pictures of us but we didn't have any  (we both hate pictures and our phones are mostly pictures of our cat...) except from our marriage but it wasn't a problem, I had bank accounts on both our names, plane tickets for the two of us to visit my family next December and health insurance on both our names She asked the questions like "Do you intend to commit a crime, polygamy" etc. and between those questions she would ask me over and over my husband's full name , date of birth and where he was born. She asked him what are my parents name and to me what are his parents name. She also asked us how we met and that's all. I brought a new affidavit of support because my husband had a raise but she said she didn't need it because his previous financial situation was already good. The only papers she took were the pictures from our wedding, the copy of bank accounts, etc. with both our names on it and that's all. She asked if I had any questions, I only asked when we would know the answer. She told me I should be approved but she still needed the original of my K1 file (she only had the copy in her file) and it could take up to 30 days. But the next day when I checked on the internet it said my case was approved (on the 24th, so same day as the interview). 2 days later it said my card was mailed and it was in my mailbox on Friday!

    Hi Everyone!
    (Updates)

Had our interview 2 days ago (25th Sept) at Philadelphia field office! (Sept 12 2017 notice receipt)

The Immigration officer who interviewed us was a nice person. Asked the yes & no questions, date of birth, full name, country i was born. Where am I currently working, proof of address with our current address.  Asked if there were any instances that we lived apart.

Didn't ask for new i864 nor taxes. He only asked for proof of address, (gave him our electric bill, internet bill, joint bank statement, my paystubs) and recent pics. But better be ready just incase they ask for it.

At the end of the interview he said everything seems good and our relationship seems simple. he will review our case and let us know if he needs more documents. An hour after we left I received a notification from USCIS that my case was updated. Checked it and is says, "card being produced"

    Thank you Lord!

    Goodluck to everyone!

    Sincerely,
    Val

The average age of the accounts would have been a factor when you just got your bump as well, so this can't explain why your score went back down. It was probably your utilization - the lower it is, the higher your score is. Or you might have been late to pay, always pay your credit card in full.

    This is not a mistake
If you have a common name, USCIS is using "care of dad's name" to differentiate applicants
Because if two people have the exact same name, you know who's who by stating who their father is

Be careful about him volunteering as even unpaid volunteering can be considered same as working without authorization, even for non-profit and religious work. If immigration were to ever find out, it could lead to deportation. It's sad but it's happened before. I hope this helps.

Did you go to your local USPS station a few times? I find that (very politely) pestering them a bit, helps.

There was a package that we did not receive despite them claiming it arrived. The first time, the USPS person said it might just arrive in a few days, and she refused to check in the back or do anything at all but tell me it might still arrive.
The second time I asked them about it in person at the local USPS station, they actually checked in the back. They did not find it, but wrote down my tracking number and name and asked to come back in two days. The third time I showed up, they magically had my package for me. It was a small package, so I think in my case, the postal worker thought he had delivered the package (there were multiple ones that day), and then did not see it somewhere in his truck or something. It was never opened, but it was just a mistake.

So in your case, go to your local USPS office in person at a quiet time. Show them the tracking number, tell them it is SUPER important that someone else doesn't just throw it out, as it allows you to legally work.

I would also send a message to this PO Box, asking them to please check for an envelope in your name and to send it to your address or give it to the USPS worker. (PO Boxes are often right next to the post office). Perhaps add a stamp or two for them.

They ask for a scan or photocopy of your card, not your actual card; it says so in their directions of the renewal as well. You need to keep your card because it is valid until its expiration date.
