It's only been one month. I waited 3 months before they asked for my biometrics...which is perfectly normal, apparently. 

You don't need to worry. Just wait a couple of months and I'm sure they'll get around to requesting your biometrics. Hoping that that appointment comes soon for you!

We've finally got the paper NOA 1 on 7-21-20 but the NOA was dated 07-14-20, definitely moving way slower but just grateful we were able to receive the letter. I hope everyone is getting more positive news too!

Update to all who had it received by USCIS on 6-30, USCIS cashed the check but haven't received NOA just yet. There's still hope!

We're stuck in the same boat as you guys, we haven't heard anything as they recieved our R.O.C on 6/30 no check cashed or notifications here either.

We just sent in for removal of conditions on the 27th of June, good luck everyone, this is gonna take some time for sure

Interesting case and intro in your posting. You are calling him "my husband" and you were recently denied a K1 fiancee visa at the visa interview at the embassy/consulate? I think I can understand why you were denied a fiancee visa. It does sound like the CO acted in a proper manner. Since he has already expressed immigration intent through the filing of the K1 visa, it is highly unlikely that he would be granted a B1/B2 visa (business/visitor, respectively), due to the recent K1 denial, and also because Nigeria is such a high-fraud country and has an accompanying high B2 visa refusal rate....Sorry. It is likely far easier from an immigration standpoint for you to visit him.
 
You may want to consider starting the CR1 spousal visa process.

We got the card, and it is indeed the conditional two-year one. I think this is a legal requirement, not a discretionary decision. I'm so glad we're done for now!! I hope everybody else got their interviews as well! Thank you for all the support. 🤗

Congrats!! It took ours about 2-3 days to receive it. We were shocked how quick it was.

Hi Guys I went to my interview we got there like 15min before, appointment was 9:05 we waited around 45min then they called us and in the beginning the IO was kind of serious, then he was nicer and everything went smoothly he looked our application asked for id's, social nnumbers, he asked you guys been married ffor 12years what took you so long to aply we said we never been in a hurry but now we how everything is we wanted to apply and also I want to go meet my nieces and nephew, he asked how we meet? How long we dated, if we meet each other parents he did I didn't his mom died when hhe was littlelittle his dad wasn't in his life until yeayears ago, he asked who proposed when, if we have a wedding which we didn't my family didn't wanted me to marry him, he asked where hhe works, what he does?, income tax, rental agreement, he asked me if I work I said no I a housewife,  he got into conversationconversation more with my husband which it was great. He approves us right tthere, I was with a big suit ccase oof everything pics, more evedice, bank statements but he didn't asked for, I gave him the new medical exam he said my was still good after all this time, I told him I called USCIS and they told me to get a new one so I did to be prepared, I was over prepared and it was great is better to be prepare than sorry. Thank you guys for all you support and most of Thank you to God to Him be the Glory 🙌🏼😊 I received an update my Green Card is in production, anyone knows how long it takes to receive it ?

Finally August filers! My husband and I had his interview yesterday at SF location. Our time was 1:20pm but we got in around 12:44pm and got called 5mins later. Took us about 15mins and got approved on the spot.case update status new card being produced this morning 6:20am.
 
Tips: be extra with papers. She was excited that I brought more than what was needed and she liked that we had options of what documents to provide. Anything that shows new address, proof of bonafide marriage like house lease, life insurance. She was even surprised I gave her a Report of Marriage from the Philippines. 
Becareful not to talk too much. I got overly excited and I think she may have misunderstood  some things but its okay.
 
odd thing: He didn’t get a temporary stamp and we were told 2 years conditional starts when we receive the greencard, not from the time we were married. Thoughts?

"When you enter the building, there is an officer that ask if you have an appointment as soon as you walk in, we showed our appointment paper and he said to we're clear to enter the building and to speak to the front desk of where to go, we lined up through security and it's similar as airport security when you walk through. After we had passed the front desk was directly in front of us.

My wife had asked the front desk where to go. She told us we have to go to the second floor and wait by door 2. 

We went upstairs and it was a pretty crowded waiting room with 3 different doors. We sat by door 2 and we waited for about 20-25 minutes and we were called by door 3 instead (door 2 was pretty busy and we hardly saw anyone come out).

We were called and confirmed with the USCIS interviewer if it was my last name and she replied yes and no worries. 

We had sworn to tell the truth before need had in sat in the office and the interviewer had checked our identifications and asked my wife to fingerprint scan. 

The interviewer was very pleasent and began to interview us questions:
What is your name? 
What are your other names?
Where do you live? 
What do you do? 
What does your spouse do?
Where did we meet?
Did you have family over there?
What is the name of your parents?
Where did you get married?
And interviewer asked about the restaurant we went too, but we didn't remember the name because it was a spur of the moment kind of thing.
The interviewer said don't worry I believe you. We were relieved and we joked about my workplace for a little.

Then the interviewer proceeded to go over the application questions of eligibility

the interviewer congratulated us and explained about removal of conditions and to expect it in 2-4 weeks. "
