Hello friends! Spouse filed N-400 online today. I think Baltimore is our closest field office; it might be DC. Either way, I'm hoping for a smooth and swift process.

I followed this topic because I was about to file my N400 with a pending I-751 but only one day before my eligibility for citizenship I got an update that my I-751 was approved. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if USCIS are just getting faster. My I751 took little less than a year which isn't too bad. Good Luck for you all !  

I received my Card in the mail today, It looks different now I like it. I'm sharing these dates with you :
 
12/06/19: I received a text message. Egov.uscis = We ordered your new card...
12/10/19: I received a new text . We approved your I-751 ....
12/11/19: I received approval letter by mail
12/12/19: I received the beautiful Green Card
The text msgs work great. When I received the text message 12/06/19 It took me less than a second to sign in to USCIS.com Lol
Congrats for the ones who already received it and prayers for the ones that are still waiting, I know how it feels and nothing I can say will make it easier.. Thanks for this group !!

It looks to me that they approved your wife's I-751(including stepson) but when they ordered the new cards your wife's card was produced using her old Bio from her adjustment of status with no problem but they couldn't do the same for you stepson. for some reason they never sent you a bio letter. I think once you receive the new appointment for him they will send you his card right away.  This is probably a production problem nothing more.

Maybe because he's young and it's been a while since  they had his biometrics taken and things change faster for younger people? just a suggestion not sure

I used 2 monthly premium statements of January 2019 and December 2019. It says only my wife's name and I am mentioned there as "SPOUSE".  Hopefully it will work.

You can request for a copy of EE + Spouse Coverage Plan, all insurance companies can provide you with that document.

do you have the 1095C form last years taxes? You should be getting a new one in JAN-FEB 2020

If you are a law abiding citizen and made no misrepresentation to get the green card in the first place, you generally don’t have to worry about getting it revoked. 

Maybe it's another way to say "We ordered your new card" as you see on my screenshot. It's weekend now, but if everything goes flawless maybe you'll get by the end next week or two

Regarding the evidence I included :
-Statements for each month ( joint bank account, utilities bills, cable...)
-State & Federal Tax transcripts 
-Lease
-Photos with descriptions but printed and not a real photo like the one you get from a photographer . If the photos were from a trip I attached the tickets/boarding. I also sent photos of us from posts on facebook.
-Joint health insurance 
- joint ownership of a car ( Title ).  
There are also more things you can include....
My file was ridiculously thick and heavy  but very organized and really easy to navigate through because I had a cover letter with Exhibits style.  If you're organized and willing to do a lot of research and read a lot of reviews here you'll have no problems... Good Luck!

If you guys just fought and it didn't workout and he left I think It would be unfair to report him or use that against him but If he just left for no reason as soon as he got his papers than this would be a different story because that would require an annulment because the marriage was not real in first place. The judge would have to rule an annulment and USCIS would not process any application for him anymore. Again please be fair don't do that just for revenge.

I've heard of a case where the IO denied I-751 because there was an annulment. The IO  considered that there is no marriage in first place to approve his application, annulment means the marriage never happened. Maybe he can still continue if he can appeal the annulment judge decision by providing evidence that the marriage was real...

VSC just approved me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEW card in production update!! This feels great Thank you USCIS and everybody here !
