  1. That 90 day window is the EARLIEST you can apply. There is no end of the filing period. You can file any time after the window opens as long as you maintain the other filing requirements. I have asked the friendly mods to move this to the proper forum.
  2. I don't recall a requirement to submit anything to prove that on an N-400. You just list your places of residence and dates of residence. I have asked the friendly mods to move this to the proper forum.
  3. Those short trips did not break Continuous Residence. You fulfill the Physical Presence requirement, too. Chapter 3 - Spouses of U.S. Citizens Residing in the United States | USCIS
  4. Please do not post this question in another thread. *****One duplicate thread has been removed*****
  5. By my calculations, you can apply on or after 9/1/2023. You can apply even if the I-751 has not been processed. Good luck. USCIS Early Filing Calculator | USCIS
  6. Thanks. I think we would still be waiting had she not filed her N-400....LOL.
  7. It is. When wife submitted, it started out at 11 months. She took the oath in less than 6.
  8. Consulate Officers should stop using the term "approved". All visas have to go through verification before being issued.
  9. I'd probably give it a couple days, then start seeking answers.
  10. "Administrative Processing" usually means they are waiting for something. Maybe just awaiting verification of a supervisor.. @Mike E @Boiler @Redro @SalishSeaThoughts on this one?
  11. Huh??? CEAC is relevant in that "Issued" is the ONLY true indication of an approved visa. FB is not reliable.
  12. He's fine...but I think these officers are not well trained in that area.
  13. So, the NOA2 is going to be sent to the wrong address?
  14. You're fine. as is the IR-5 visa holder.
  15. That date shows the date of entry. It should be entered. Without the date, how do you know when the visa holder entered? My wife's stamp was not empty. I don't think your visa was properly endorsed if it doesn't show entry date.
  16. It should not be empty. The visa acts as a temporary Green card for a year from the admission date.
  17. The queue is not getting shorter. Filing now will allow your son to apply for a green card at some point in the future....maybe from outside the US.
  18. Your naturalizing will not expedite his visa process. You can file the I-130 now and wait.
