  1. Update. Embassy never replied, so we proceeded with travel plans. He had no issues at POE and now has a stamped CR-1 visa. I'm thinking Sweden is phasing out the annotation or something since they do ALL their visa documents online.
  2. I will email the embassy. We already have flights booked for the 19th since we received the visa 😬
  3. My brother is the OP. My parents have helped sponsor my husband in the past. My parents are also willing to act as sponsors for my brother's wife. My brother is trying to decide whether to do a household member or joint sponsor, and my parents would be the joint sponsor or the household members.
  4. In my post i state that it does NOT say that. The visa does NOT say " IV docs in CCD" or anything about CCD which is why I'm worried because I looked it up and that's the only way you don't need a packet (to my knowledge)
  5. No, i submitted I 864 at first, and the NVC requested I change it to household members. It was my sponsor's first time sponsoring anyone. My brother is now trying to bring his wife, and we are wondering whether he should do a joint sponsor form (They are our parents who also sponsored my husband previously) or a household member form like the NVC asked me to do when I went through the process.
  6. My husband's CR-1 Visa just came. However, no yellow immigrant packet came with it. I've checked the visa for "IV docs in CCD" or anything like that, and it does not have it. Is this normal for Sweden? According to their website, it should say something about CCD on the visa, but it does not, and we received no packet. Has this happened to anyone else?
  7. Hi, I'm OP's sister. I originally submitted joint sponsorship and the NVC rejected it and told me to change them to household members. We don't share a tax household. I'm worried the same thing will happen to my brother if he submits under joint sponsorship
  8. Update! It's changed to issued now! Hopefully it ships tomorrow because we need it for the 20th!
  9. I'm hoping that the "reject" was just for their own notes since it was either a duplicate document or an updated doc that he brought to the interview.
  10. It was today, in the morning. They didn't tell him he needed to update or add any documents, in fact the consular officer told him he was approved, so I am very confused now.
  11. Why would they put rejected with no instructions on how to fix though? Should I be sending the embassy an email inquiring? The status is administrative processing as of right now (The interview was today)
  12. not yet, but i'm hoping for that tomorrow I was told by someone on facebook though that CEAC isn't relevant after interview ( I hope its true) 🤞
  13. Update -- Apparently CEAC is irrelevant after the interview (I did not know) So likely everything is ok and it was for their personal notes
  14. After the interview, where they told my husband he was approved, I got these notifications from CEAC. They didn't tell him he had to change anything in the interview. The I-864 was replaced by a new one per their request, so it makes sense that it is rejected as the new one shows accepted. I'm not sure why they rejected my proof of household member; however, on my household member section, they accepted this, so I'm thinking it's because it was a duplicate. We brought updated passport photos, and I'm wondering if they didn't like this since they rejected the ones I sent before (they were older pictures). Should I be worried about this? Has this happened to anyone? His case now says AP on the case tracker.
