  4. That is a broad statement. It can be pretty important for US immigration.

  7. Not quite. It's going to be up to her to study and learn all 100 questions and earn at least a 60% passing grade. You can't do that for her.
  8. Not available for online filing: Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) | USCIS Here is the VJ step by step guide:
  9. How many spousal visa holders have you seen denied entry? I have seen only 1 in the past 8 years here. That was a case of a Canadian spouse who wanted to enter the US, then immediately return to Canda. That is far, far different from your case. Immigration is full of "What ifs"....but I don't see a problem. Good luck on the rest of the journey. It is quite a ride.
  10. The only difference is the evidence which is required.
  11. A Certificate of Naturalization is not a valid travel document. Don’t travel without your U.S. Passport - U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic (usembassy.gov) "While dual citizens may be able to travel abroad with alternative documentation, all U.S. citizens are required to present a U.S. passport in order to re-enter the United States. We have increasingly seen a number of individuals who recently obtained U.S. citizenship travel outside the country with only their naturalization certificate and/or passport of another nationality and be turned away when attempting to reenter the U.S."
  12. He just needs to get on a plane and fly to the US. He has been outside the US for only 8 months. Listen to @Dashinka
  13. What paperwork? Who made this decision?
  14. Not a problem. Forget it. Concentrate on the 100 questions...Good luck.
  15. They put a rejection stamp in the passport? Must be a different procedure from US consulates. Anyway, I don't think it would have any effect.
  16. The airline boarding document states that you will be boarded if you have a 10 year Green Card.
  17. Fiance I-129fs all go to California.
  18. Please do, because I think there has been some serious miscommunication between your partner and the University. There is no visa which fits what you have posted.
  19. Completely different situations.
  20. Certainly sounds, to me, like an F-1 for the student. Not sure where the OP got that other information. I know of no situation or visa which fits what was posted.
  21. "They get to take a +1 (me), also with most expenses paid for and we do not know much information about it currently." Are you sure about this? Sounds like an F-1 for the student. How are you able to accompany if you are not married? @Boiler, can you clarify?
  22. You will be allowed to board. Again, I would not delay.
