  1. Administrative Processing cannot be expedited, However, a WOM might force the government to make a decision if the interview has already been done. What is the priority date? Is this an F4 visa category?
  2. I do not miss USCIS. Having a ball & chain removed from your leg is real freedom.
  3. Not sure why they went to 5 years instead of, say, 3 years. I guess asylum cases....
  4. Difficult to discern with a family account.
  5. I would certainly file the AR-11 and I-865 right now. It takes minimal effort.
  6. Don't sponsor your parents until you have moved back to the US to live. Where are the parents right now? What is their current immigration status?
  7. They can apply...but how do they overcome immigrant intent assumption with a case at NVC?
  8. Already stated. The petitioner doesn't live in the US. That is a primary requirement. This is a family reunification visa.
  9. Wife filed under the 5 year rule. This is what we uploaded: 5 years Tax transcripts Proof of my 1st marriage Termination Proof of Wife's 1st Marriage Termination Wife's Green Card Our Marriage Certificate
  10. USCIS used my wife's last biometric photo (which THEY took in 2019) for her Naturalization Certificate issued in January 2023. I have never seen a provision for submitting your own photos for the certificate. Good luck.

  12. Great! At this point, it's time to throw everything you can at the RFE. If you get a denial, you will have to refile the I-485, I-765, etc. Good luck.
  13. You need something showing you are living together at the same location. Get a lease agreement ASAP! Get a couple personal affidavits ASAP!! Apply for joint bank account and credit cards ASAP!!!
  14. Anything which shows you both living at the same address or engaged in the same activities will help. The immigration process requires thinking ahead from start to finish. Always consider what kind of evidence you might need in the future. Good luck.
  15. Yep. That is what Hacking said. Seems to me that a well-crafted waiver for serve hardship (which is what I hope the attorney addressed) is the path of least resistance at this point.
  16. Great!!! Glad they are getting back on track. Wife's SS Card arrived in about the same timeframe in mid 2017.

  18. Renew her passport.....Has she applied for US citizenship?
  19. There is no national popular presidential election, and Clinton knows this. He just doesn't want the vote of every state to count. Like most all dems, he practices what he claims to oppose. For the record, he and I had a face-to-face conversation (not about this) a few weeks ago...about tomatoes. LOL. I just happened to run into him at lunch in Santa Fe at "The Shed"
  20. Funny how the title of an article can be 180 degrees from the actual content of said article.
