    It is certainly possible she may never receive a 10 year Green Card. I-751s seem to have a very low priority. Case in point: After 40 months of waiting for the I-751 to be approved (No RFEs), wife filed N-400. Four months later, both the I-751 and N-400 were approved in the same interview.

    Prepare a new, corrected I-864 and upload it to CEAC. Then take it to the interview. DS-260 can be corrected at the interview.

    If no SSN, use ITIN. Yes, wife should also receive a SS Card.

    The answer is "No" if she has never submitted a DS-260. Note: Even if she had ever submitted a DS-160, the answer would still be "No".
