Hello, I am about to send the form I-751 with my husband and I was looking at the USCIS website, and the Fee Calculator shows new updated price $750. The reason why I'm posting this is that it doesn't specify if the biometrics are included in that fee or not, so I'm not sure to what amount to put the money order.

About to send the I-751. Petition to remove conditions on a green card after K1. It's April 3rd and the USCIS website was update, but the new fee doesn't say whether it includes biometrics or not?
It just says $750

K1 Fiancee Visa, got the green card but it expires this year, and it's not yet time to apply for citizenship

Hello, My husband came in Sept of 2021 to US via K1 visa, we got married right away, 10 days after he arrived, but his green card didn't arrive until May of 2022. It is expiring in May of 2024, and I don't think he can apply for citizenship yet. Do we have to extend the green card first, and then couple months after he can apply for citizenship or is there a change we can apply for citizenship instead of renewing the green card?

Happy to share my husband got a notice his EAD is in the makings! Hopefully we receive it in the mail soon, along with SSI and a notice for GreenCard interview is shortly after. Happy to see that things are moving for others too! We can all finally relax and start living more freely
