Thank you both for your help. We do have our confirmation of shipment both online and physical. I was just worried about NOA coming before the 90 days were over. Do I need to do anything with that confirmation, or is it more just for my peace of mind. I assume the 30 days will also be whenever they take the payment through the G-1450 as well then. I just with our K1 visa had it go through almost two days later, so I was a bit anxious that it hasn't came back yet.

Hey all, My fiance and I submitted our AOS package last week, and they received it on Thursday (the 28th). When should I expect to hear back with the NOA? His K1 visa expires on April 20th, and I am just a nervous nelly.

Thank you all for your help. To update, we went to the civil surgeon yesterday. He marked us as complete, and we got his COVID-19 updated formula booster. We sent away our full AOS packet yesterday with everything checked off. Sorry for being so confused about DS-3025 vs i-693. I am glad we got that medical squared away before we sent for hopefully no RFE!!

Thank you all for help. I thought I was under the correct assumption of needing to complete the I-693 due to him not having the any doses of influenza and hep b at the time of original K1 medical examination. I will keep my appointment for tomorrow to get the I-693 filled out by a civil surgeon. I even made sure to call the place to ask if three vaccines would be considered to be fully vaccinated for the hep b vaccine, and they said yes. But it makes me feel even better that only one is required.

I also will add that his hepatitis B vaccine would be his four dose, but I am also seeing various sources on how many doses are required. The four dose is after a year of the first dose, but it doesn't seem logical with the application time restraints.

I was under the assumption that it would be marked as insufficient time interval due to him having all the vaccines, but the dose is needed in December. There would be no way for us to receive these vaccines previous to us submitting our AOS. I thought that due to time restraint it would be marked as complete due to insufficient time interval is a waiver for completion. Is it not?

Okay, so long story short, during the K1 visa medical examination, my husband did not have all of his vaccines (influenza and hepatitis B). The doctor encouraged him to get his vaccines done somewhere else due to it being cheaper, so my husband agreed with him. His DS-3025 was marked as "K visa applicant electing not to be vaccinated at this examination." The document is completed, but the box is not marked as vaccinations were completed, so based off of everything that I have read, I assume that I am needing to submit an I-693. He did get his influenza vaccines and he has received his hepatitis B vaccines, but he needs one more dose (which on his records, says that his dose should be during December of this year). I was freaking out about the whole thing, and I do not want to apply and get a RFE. I have an appointment for tomorrow with a civil surgeon, but I am unsure if they are even going to mark it as incomplete again since he does not have all of the doses required. Should I send it off just as it is with no I-693 and hope that I do not need it or try tomorrow at the civil surgeon to have them hopefully mark him as complete? What do you think?

Hi, quick question, My husband has his DS-3025, but after that medical exam, he got a couple of vaccines that was needed. We have the document that says that he received the shots needed, but does that mean we have to fill out the I-693 or is the DS-3025 and additional vaccine document good enough?

Where was your embassy? Mine told my partner that he should get his passport back within 10 working days. I just didn't know if on average it was sooner or later.

I was wondering when your interview was and when you got your passport back just for timing. Our interview was on the 10th, and I checked CEAC and it still says approved instead of issued. We prebooked a (fully moveable) flight for the 21st, and I am just a bit nervous.

We are closely coming to our visa interview date. I am freaking out making sure that we have everything. I would love to see how everyone organized their interview files.

Hey, I am filling out the i-134 currently, and I wanted to ask everyone's thoughts. I just got a new job in August, so I do not have the tax return for this job showing that I made over the threshold. Do you think that a letter from my employer about my salary, pay stubs, and bank statements would suffice the income documentation? I currently make a little bit over 40k, but I am nervous. Or should I ask my parents to co-sponsor with me just to be on the safe side?
