My case in in California office case No. begin with WAC, after 13 months waiting, this morning I got USCIS notice via txt msg that "CASE IS APPROVED"!!!!! It says they will send me a separate approval letter soon, if I don't receive by 4/15, should let them know. I will keep you all posted. And hope everyone get good new soon~~

Hi everyone got approved on my ROC on the 26th of march,card being produced on 27th and today when i check my status agains say card as being mail to me,am super excited.Filed 15th of march 2019 EAC,transfer to potomac 17th of Dec ,no change on status till march 26th 2020.Hope dis help

Received my 10 year Green Card today and moving on to the final stage ie, Naturalization. It feels like a marathon, no time to stop just keep moving forward. 

It is 2020, who writes letter by hand?
 
On your Extension Letter, you will see your service Center Address and name. 
 
Make a copy of your Extension letter, a copy of your divorce decree, your letter, and a table of content and mail it to your service center
 
1- Cover Letter stating your name A#, and why you contacting them (aka switch to divorce)
2- Copy our Extension Letter
3- Copy of your divorce decree
4- Copy of your statement

No update. I'm not sure if there is a doc, yet. I did start following some that were assigned WAC from different recent months. Tagging some and adding a WAC document, maybe people can share with their forums too.

Hi folks, I have been following this topic and wanted to share my timeline with you.  I live in San Diego, CA. 
 
01/30/2019 I-751 Received by Phoenix AZ. 
02/01/2019 NOA Received 18 Months Extension with the Receipt number starting  WAC (California Service Center)
05/03/2019 Biometrics Done 
 
Since then waiting patiently
 
Both https://my.uscis.gov/   and   https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do  says My Case was received when I submit my receipt number.  

Yes, all the time. Check filer threads in the forum from around a year ago, and you'll see several people getting approved every day. Also check the Immigration Timelines menu.

hi there, did you resubmited the same I751 form you initially filed that they sent you back or did you have to refill a new form for it? i got sent back my whole file and i wonder if i have to send it the whole thing as it is with a new check or should i refill a new I-751 form to replace the rejected one?

My wife received a text message that her card is being produced. Does this mean we get to skip the interview and her conditions are lifted?

Nope. We had no updates at all.  

We filed last year in March. Status went to Case Received. 

It didn't change. 

We got biometrics waiver letters three times in the mail. Nothing changed on the website. 

Then we got a biometrics appointment in the mail a month ago. Still no case update. 

We attended biometrics and it went to Fingerprint Review completed.  Stayed like that for a week and then said "Card is Being Produced." 

Got my card in the mail last week. NO updates. It still doesn't show a tracking number or even that it was sent. 

We did not have an interview. 

Yep, that seems to be the case. A few IR-1/CR-1 that filed in February 2019, and even in March, either got their interview notice or went through the interview process already. I guess CR-6 filers will have to wait longer. I am hoping that this practice will cut down the processing time for the CR-6 filers since CR-1 will mostly be adjudicated by their local USCIS officers. But the existing backlog in  the service centers probably will still cause delays for CR-6 filers...

Mine hasn’t reflected that I did biometrics either.  We’re all approaching 5 months in, so there’s that.  This is the least stressful filing since I’m not desperately waiting for an approval to start my life with my love... or for a silly card to allow me to work or travel.  Just waiting to close the second last leg of this journey.  

MSC case & Feb filer here..  We had our interview earlier today and it was THE official interview. Both of us attended as directed in the appointment letter. We were called back to the officer's office soon after arrival despite the waiting room being half full of other people. Interview went quick & smoothly as our case was pretty solid. We were asked some basic questions on our history before the officer approved us for a 10yr green card. We volunteered more evidence since our submittal. The officer said it wasn't necessary but accepted it anyhow. I think we were in & out in under 25 minutes. Pretty excited!!  Gotta run, I'll update my timeline later.

My wife and 2 stepsons completed their biometrics on April 29th, 2019 and nothing has updated on their case status to reflect that they even had biometrics requested not to mention completed 
 
Still shows as "Case was received... receipt notice was sent..."
 
The important thing is having the extension letter and being able to continue "as normal". The wait times are approx. a year so patience is key..

I would never understand why someone would post a question and then never come back..... 😕

Unless you have a divorce decree in hand, i don’t see a point in notifying the USCIS.

I finally had my interview yesterday 6/6/19 after 3 years of waiting. My interview went well and the officer was very pleasant. He said I would be approved within the day. However, It’s been more than 24 hours and I have not seen any status change on my case. Anyone has experience on how long does it take after your interviews to get status change? I’m a little nervous because he said within the day but nothing changes yet.

The only interview I had was for the K1 visa. Adjust of status I didn’t an interview and remove of conditions I didn’t have either. 

You’re going to want to relax:  processing times across all service centers is 15-24 months, so it’ll be a while still before you hear anything.  At least this time you’re already with your spouse, instead of having to be apart.
