AlluringSoul reacted to SY12 in I-751 August 2017 Filers
Got my card yesterday!
After case approved on 01/03, USCIS has been really good about keeping me updated.
So happy this is finally over.
Good luck to everyone still waiting!

AlluringSoul got a reaction from Kiolas in NO Receipt Letter, USCIS refuse to schedule info pass
Call them again. They gave me a heart attack many times because they don't know what they're looking at and/or saying.
Tell them you need to obtain a stamp because you don't have proof of your status and your employer is asking for it. They make infopasses when there's an emergency and make it sound like a big emergency.
The whole USCIS doesn't allow to make infopasses on the website anymore, only through the phone.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share my news. I've got an approval on Jan.04. I am a September 2017 filer (NOA - 09/26/2017), EAC 17363..... No RFE, no interview. Thank you so much for all your support. It really helped to go thru this stressful journey. And I wish all the best to those who are still waiting!

Well, it's been over one year, but finally received my notice of approval yesterday, January 7, 2019, for removing conditions on my green card. Should be receiving the actual card within 60 days. Hip Hip Horrahhh. I don't know where the document is to update those of us who were Oct 2017 filers.

Hi guys,
Just wanted to share good news and give back to you in some way -- I received my GC! You can check my timeline for further information. No RFE, No Interview (just some glitch transfers and notifications lol) and I haven't applied for N-400. This process took about 15 months! What a relief. Will be applying for N-400 soon. ❤️
Just want to let you know that this process will soon be over because it is the finish line, not the start line. Keep your heads up and don't stress!

Thank you! You will be done soon!
That's pretty quick! Trust me, applying for N-400 hasn't delayed anything. It can only be troublesome if you need to get your passport stamped a few times! At the end of this, you will receive your naturalization and that is what matters.

Hi!
we randomly got the interview for the I751 in September. Wasn’t shown on myUSCIS or case tracker. Had interview on Sept 24. Didn’t hear anything back so chased and spoke with a level 2 agent who said they’d have to get Chicago to get back to me directly.
Got n-400 interview letter for Jan 24.
2 days ago I got a case transfer letter for my 1751 saying transferer to National Benefits Center - Lee’s summit.
No idea what’s going on - just keeping in keeping on until it gets sorted!

AlluringSoul got a reaction from Laststop in 1 or 2 copies?
You send 1 package with 1 form, 1 check and supporting evidence that are copies (no originals). I personally made a copy of the form and check for me to keep just in case, and I wrote down what + took pictures of what I included in the package. You of course can make a copy of the whole package for yourself.

AlluringSoul got a reaction from little immigrant in How to organize all files/evidences
Don't use binders or anything like that, just make it a neat pile. The most important stuff go first and then supporting/secondary evidence. The primary evidence is financial co-mingling and that you guys live together and support one another. I don't know what evidence you have but your package should look similar to this:
- Form with check stapled to the form
- Cover letter
- Copy of GC
- Copies of ids
- Copy of marriage license
- Affidavits if you have any
- Lease agreement + utility bills
- Taxes
- Joint bank statements
- Medical Insurance (reference letters should be good)
- medical bills/invoices if you have any showing the address
- car insurance, car payments etc
- other stuff like pictures, phone bills, copies of misc mail showing address etc.
Just keep the things in groups, like Finances, Home Bills, Insurances, and you should be fine 🙂 And remember to go back at least 2 years. Put that in a priority mail box (hopefully you fit in medium) and send it off. Good luck!

AlluringSoul got a reaction from Dashinka in Transffered ROC
You might not get the notification/letter that your i-751 will be combined but, you should bring your spouse with you to the n-400 interview and let them know you have roc pending. They might conduct i-751 interview and then n-400.
