No, online it still shows that it was transferred on Nov 6 to NSC. Again its very random and I think it depends on the workload of the officer that handles your case and not just by your NOA date .

V24- You are waiting so long not to apply N-400, it is better to wait a month for your ROC approval otherwise it might get complected.   I applied N-400 ( Nov 25, 2018) while ROC pending.  Got my passport stamped for a year and might or might not get GC, but mentally accepting it and will go directly for N-400 interview , says will be completed by Feb 2020.  So maximum another one year waiting time for the final immigration journey.

They wouldn’t deny you without first sending a rfe or inviting you for an interview. And as the previous poster said, that would give you a few weeks in advance. 

They should not. However, if someone filed against her it's possible. How about just paying off these debts? Or atleast finding a settlement to pay it off on monthly basis? Usually they prefer to get the money sone day then never and atleast a bit than nothing.

Begs the question why you put her through all this, I know somebody who has been here for 40 years as a LPR.

The extension letter states “Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year from the expiration date on your conditional resident card”. It couldn’t be clearer!
 
If your green card expired in November 2017, then your extension letter is valid until November 2018.

My apologies if I caused confusion. I guess my wife's GC end date was very similar to the extension letter receipt date.

The letter itself states "Your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card)". If your letter was for 12 months, then replace that with the "18" in the quote.

The date you receive the letter is irrelevant.  It extends the date on the actual card.

This is totally not weird and one of the most common rfes, we got it too despite being over the poverty line. Just send the same stuff and more of what they ask

I also have my letter, and it asks for both of those so i think that is standard list of what to bring. I am assuming it just means your 485 notice and EAD card, and you should already own a certified marriage doc, but if you don't then yes you def need to buy one!
