First time visiting UK after receiving green card

So quick question (and I apologize if this is dumb lol)

I know when my wife (received two year conditional green card) flies from the UK to the US, depending upon the airport she can line up in the permanent resident line when she enters the US for immigration.

But what about when she's returning home to the UK to see her family?

Would she line up in the normal UK citizenship line since she's still a UK citizen with her British passport at Heathrow?

And has anyone ever had any issues with the questions they'd ask? I figured she'd receive none, she's returning to the UK, has a valid UK passport, is staying for one month to see her sisters and family, but she hasn't been home since July of 2014, so wasn't sure if that would be any red flag.

What have others been asked the first time you returned back to your home country for a visit?

Any advice would be appreciated

They won't ask anything, she is a still a uk citizen!

As a returning UK citizen she wont have any problems.

On return to the US, all hell will break out.......................... OK, only joking.

She is British so goes through the UK line and if you go with her, you can go through the the line with her. That's what they told me (USC) to do at Heathrow. It was 18 months before my husband went back to UK. No questions.

The second time he went back (2015) he was a US Citizen. He went through the UK line at Heathrow with his UK passport. No questions. He returned to the US using his US passport.
