I751 still pending

So we sent in our i751, did our  biometrics appointment,  got the 18 month extension for processing,  and have not heard from them since appointment last April (2018) until January of this year.  They sent us a reciept letter stating they have transferred or case from CA to TX and now under their jurisdiction.  My questions are is this normal procedure,  is going on 15 months since we sent in i751 proofs and paperwork,  does this mean we will be called up for an interview soon or asked for more evidence hence they transferred our case?  Could this mean a denial?  I'm getting worried,  we sent in all proofs requested, had an immigration attorney through this process,  but the wait and not hearing from them besides being transferred is killing me.  We are due to give birth in April and already have one. .I can't imagine being here with out him or the pain our daughter will endure  if so.  Has this happened to anyone before?  What was the outcome?  #stressedpregnantwife

They are very backlogged with ROC lately. Being transferred from CA to TX service center just mean the split the load sometimes. 

 

Do you follow the group for when you sent in your ROC so you can see where other people are who filed the same time as you? Might be good for you to do that.

 

Remember he can also file for his citizenship 90 days before his 3 year GC anniversary even though the ROC has not been approved yet.

September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
