Mamabrown3 got a reaction from Adelloves in Interview at US Embassy Santo Domingo
Yes, I changed my date for my interview three times online.
I was able to move the date.
Here is the link I used to do it:
https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/SiteRegister?country=&language=
I was able to set-up the bio and medical from this website and appointment date.

Mamabrown3 reacted to Unlockable in Fraudulent Marriage?
Try looking at it by taking immigration out of the equation. If he was from North Dokota instead of the D.R. and he did all those things, would you be claiming fraud or just a bad husband?
Staying out and partying too much, having pictures of other women in his phone, and not contributing to the household/ marriage is NOT immigration fraud. I have friends and family have exes who did the same things as your husband and non of them were immigrants.
If you would have moved to his country to be with him he likely would be still doing the same things.

Mamabrown3 reacted to Leafsfan in EX GF cancelled the I-129F
This is quickly becoming something that's none of my business, but what is your fiance's ex girlfriend doing with his phone, or in a position to have access to it? It sounds like something beyond your knowledge is going on here. Either he's way too close with his ex, or he's not being honest with you and cancelled it himself.

Mamabrown3 reacted to NigeriaorBust in US Father refuses to give his baby daughter her US passport
Both passports are the property of the child. They have both been stolen by the father.

Mamabrown3 got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in Proving bona fide relationship for AOS from F1
Getting someone pregnant isn't the answer to your immigration woos. The child will be a US Citizen by birth and you still might and may have to prove you're the father.
To my understanding this is what some people may call an "anchor baby".
You have the child shouldn't even be part of your wondering about your status. I can understand you will not want to be split-up from your family.
Understand that you are in a tougher boat than, if you had come here on a K1 or I-130.
Good Luck & H&H 9months to your wife.

Mamabrown3 reacted to NikLR in Cr1 didn't get my green card
~~moved to general immigration with other like topics from IR1/CR1 process and procedures~~
Not sure where you got the idea that the hard copy green card takes a week, but no one has ever gotten it that fast. 3 weeks was the fastest Ive seen being paid ahead of arrival. Generally it takes 1-6 months. You can use your endorsed visa for anything you need a green card for.
If the SSN doesnt arrive within 2 weeks head to the SSA office to get one. Normally they will mail it out in 1-2 weeks after that.

He's a plumber?!? That's so abusive! He fed her some food?!? The monster!

Mamabrown3 reacted to Unlockable in K1 - Married less then a week abandoned marriage
There will always be someone somewhere that will say "you can do this" or "you can do that' to give the person a false sense of hope.
Forced to eat American food?
Wasn't allowed to sleep?
He abused her because he once had a DUI?
A lot of BS being spewed

Mamabrown3 reacted to N-o-l-a in K1 - Married less then a week abandoned marriage
If she's got a lawyer let him/her figure it out. It shouldn't be your place to help her game the system.

Mamabrown3 reacted to gregcrs2 in K1 - Married less then a week abandoned marriage
Sounds like a classic case of "green card girl". Sorry, but this story is pegging out my BS meter.

Mamabrown3 reacted to Georgia16 in K1 - Married less then a week abandoned marriage
I mean I'm very sorry for her but her being so young she might not have said what she wanted and not wanted. Like not wanting american food.
Seems like more a case of misunderstanding between their expectations when she comes here. She really doesn't have much evidence of abuse which she is going after...
Might just be best for her to go home.
She can only adjust via her petitioner or abuse waiver. She got married after 5 days here and left 3 days after marriage I mean come on.

Mamabrown3 reacted to KierenHby in Need advice on my issue. Please help
Oh I love America.
Come to the US, break our laws, overstay, work illegally, and when in trouble, run for lawyers.
God bless America!!

Mamabrown3 reacted to Anitafeliz in Domincan step-son's American father and possible passport
If dad is on birth certificate he needs to sign permission to leave DR.
Dads prob worried about USA child support orders probably being selfish.

Mamabrown3 reacted to Unlockable in Traveling from DR to Los Angeles on K1 visa
The lawyer is absolutely wrong. Why would USCIS give a K1 immigrant 6 months to use the visa if they will have issues with immigrants taking that long? Doesn't make sense. People need to get their affairs in order before a major event like moving to another country.
I know this lawyer is a friend and all but kindly thank him for his service and move on.

Mamabrown3 reacted to KierenHby in TV Show- 90 day Fiance - how do they get away with it?
Gotta admit.. going through this thread got me to watch a couple of episodes tonight. Nothing but trash TV, same as that kardashian show.
Call me stupid, but what does a 28-yr old Moroccan have in common with a 42-yr old Oklahoman? I know love trumps all, but come on...!!!

Mamabrown3 reacted to JenniferNangel in Need help pls
I have PTSD and I'm so glad I have a supportive husband who sticks by my side and helps me through it rather than leaving. It's not easy living with PTSD it's not like I ever asked for the events to happen to me nobody does

Mamabrown3 reacted to Eric-Pris in Feeling Discouraged after Interview
The whole process is flawed. They give visas to scammers like Mohammed from the show 90 Day Fiance who 95% of us would have known that he would leave her as soon as he got the green card and he did, but they 'scrutinize and interrogate seemingly legit couples due to some minor detail on a previous form.
Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

Mamabrown3 got a reaction from Anitafeliz in Before Noa2, after Interview, K-1 Question. Beneficary in Dominican Republic
What everyone is forgetting to explain... Our sweet DR is a very high fraud country, so this is why they place the "Strongly Recommended". If your partner is unable to attend, please make sure to bring everything, including the kitchen sink and proof of why they weren't able to travel to be there. ( A Letter From The Employer-- Staying The Person Is Unable To Get Time Off)
It's true I have heard of this going both ways... interviews have been postponed because the other party wasn't there and I've seen people have approvals even with their partner not in attendance.
It's easier for all parties involved, if you both are there, as others have stated above.
Just know your stuff inside out and be honest and don't lie....

Already planning ahead about filing a k1 in the future? Just a bit cold and calculating, don't you think?
Tell me again about how much emotional pain you are in.

Mamabrown3 reacted to Unidentified in fiancee US Citezen death before i attend to my interview..
Your fiance just died and you are concerned about being able to petitioned for in the future? Seriously?
Sorry for your loss. Focus on moving on from the loss rather than obsessing about going to the US.
