Yes she was fine once she had the letter from the GP submitted approval came a day or so later. No issues and visa issued.

Get your GP to do you up a letter stating treatment and that you are no harm to your self or others. It will be needed. My wife had depression issues and when noted at the medical due to the Meds she was on she needed to get this after the fact and it delayed things a few days.

All k-1applications are being forwarded to the California service center. When you get your Noa one it will show that it is at the CSC.

The UK is a low fraud country. K1 is easy to get approved if you have a straight forward case. (No red flags).  Right now the only thing that has changed from when we did it is that the time for approval of the 129f have lengthened. 

This statement you made could be part of the problem. I went to see him Feb 9, 2017 thru Mar.1(1st trip)  we got engaged and had a enagement party. We even had a pastor to blessed our enagement.  Engaged on first meeting and an engagement party with a blessing by a pastor. They may be looking at this as you are to married for a K-1. Some times the party and such can cause you to be to married for a k-1 but not married enough for a CR-1. You need more info on what is holding up the visa issuance.

The administrative process will take as long as it takes. There is no real timeline. Being of Pakistani descent the will be looking at records from that country and how willing the county is in assisting in that endeavor will play a part in it. There is nothing that you can do to hurry it up. You just have to wait it out . It vould be days weeks months or years. It all depends.

You should not buy a plane ticket when you receive NOA2 unless its very far in the future.
For some visas on here there's a case complete thread, you probably want to check in there, I know for cr1 they have a spreadsheet where you can see the average days between case complete and interview, not sure how much it differs for K1, but I'm sure there are similarities.
 
At the end of the day nothing is guaranteed and you can't be sure what hiccups or general delays might come.

Sounds like he is on his wa to approval. Keep checking his status for issued.

Wills and medical power of attorney are good things to include. Legal zoom can help with these.

when we had our interview. I brought copies of everything I submitted from the start of the process. My wife and I dressed professionally and the interview was a breeze. It too us longer to drive there than it did for the interview. Total tone in interview was 15 min. If you submittedd all the right info in your AOS. It should be just a formality of checking your 864. And a few qualifying questions. Be prepared and dress well you should have no issues.
 

My Wife has expressed to me that she wants to return to her homeland of the Philippines to live. She is terribly homesick, and has asked if I wanted to go with her. That is not going to work, so it appears we will be getting a divorce, and she will return to her homeland in the Philippines. The big issue here is she has either lost her expired passport from 2009, or destroyed it at some point. Is this an issue that we need to call immigration on, since she has no identification? I would have to assume since she has no identification, passport, and does not want to do an AOS, that she will be leaving the USA one way, or another. I have already told her she will not be able to fly out of the country without a passport or something from immigration. Any advice? Is this just going to be an issue that we need to go sit down with an agent at a local ISCIS office? Should I call one of the main offices and ask? IDK what to do. Dazed and confused. 

Ours said the same thing we go for biometrics 8 dec. look not to be an error but since the biometric fees were paid when we paid for the ROC. This letter was sent to let us know that there were no further fees.

Also from what I have seen some embassy's don't allow others to attend the interview. You might check before you make those plans. It is different with each embassy.
