First of all Im so sorry this has happened to you. What a nightmare. You are not alone. There are other VJ members here who have had the same happen. But a divorce is the best option for you. Do not annul. Its not fair you had to go through all that you did thinking you would spend the rest of your life with the love of your life and suddenly this gets sprung on you. Hang in there!

Thanks to all that responded. I got my  i 751 (filed september 2017 ,Charleston Office) interview to remove conditions today and everything went great. I didn't mention in the original post that I had filed N400 in September 2018 too. I got that interview on 12/10/18 but went without my wife so the officer told me I would be rescheduled because that was a combo interview and my wife had to be with me. So one piece of advice, if you get the combo interview, take your spouse with you, no matter what.
Today I thought I'd only have the i751 interview, the officer was super nice and told me after approving my i751 (very simple questions) "you're not going anywhere, since you're here let's have the N400 interview too" I waited in the lobby for around 20' checking my Civics Test app (there are a few on the appstore) this really helped me prepare. After that time, another officer called me and conducted the N400 interview, he made me read one sentence from a Tablet (who's the commander in chief of armed forces? ) and asked me to write the answer on the same tablet with a stylus. He then asked me 6 questions from that booklet they have , I answered correctly all of them.During the interview he asked me questions covering his mouth while typing in the computer, I guess to test my listening English skills, he asked me simple questions (what's your SSN, where do you work etc) but in low voice and covering his mouth, this was kind of funny.

He finally told me I'd passed everything and to wait outside and that he was going to try to give me an Oath Ceremony date today too. 15' later they called me to give me form  N445 (Naturalization Oath Ceremony). I will attend my Oath Ceremony on 03/26.

Thanks a lot for the help during all this time, I constantly checked this forum for the last 2/3 years. It was of great help.

    Good luck to all

You mean "green card", not "visa". They're totally different things. She can apply for citizenship as soon as she's eligible, even if the 10 year GC is still pending. Pretty much everyone's doing this nowadays.

USCIS processing time goes up and down all the time you can’t blame Trump for everything!

Just apply for citizenship when she is eligible.

You can't skip RoC. If you hadn't applied for RoC, her permanent resident status would have been terminated and she would be ineligible for citizenship. RoC is necessary for the process.
RoC will be adjudicated with N400 (citizenship). They will be aware she has a pending RoC application when they receive her citizenship application.

I feel like this would be a good time to give thanks to this community as my wife received her 10-yr GC, approved 1-17-2019. We know that her process is not yet done but she's not quite ready to take the next steps, so we wait, but at least we wait knowing we won't have to deal with USCIS for a while. OK, where I was going. This whole process, from the time I 1st applied for the I-129F for my then-fiancee until now took about 5 painstaking years. All of it was done by using research from nothing but this website and the community that exists here. That's why I also wanna give back. If anyone needs any help with anything and I can remember, I'll gladly assist when I have time. It's truly amazing that such a website exists, considering I knew absolutely nothing at all about the immigration process when I 1st met my now-wife online in Oct 2013 and neither did she. All I knew was that I needed to learn fast if I was gonna be with her, and here we are today. So, again, if anyone needs help, even if it's just reassurance that the process works, feel free to hit me up.

Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

My apologies if I caused confusion. I guess my wife's GC end date was very similar to the extension letter receipt date.

The extension letter states “Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year from the expiration date on your conditional resident card”. It couldn’t be clearer!

If your green card expired in November 2017, then your extension letter is valid until November 2018.

You've asked twice now. I haven't seen it answered. New evidence. I mean you can send in the old evidence as a recap but they obviously want more/new evidence. If you send the same stuff in for the RFE, it'll be denied. I'm honestly surprised you sent in the same evidence for your ROC as you did your AOS.

Edit: Oh, it was answered. I just missed it.

2nd edit: We are in the waiting limbo right now for this process. We didn't send a large packet at all. We didn't send all possible evidences. Just very key evidences. Like basically the stuff at the top of the list. No pics. No bank statements. But we are confident that we will be approved. Even if we get an RFE, there is plenty of additional evidence we can supply easily. Not to mention that the birth of our 2nd child is currently forecast to be late Nov/early Dec, which will be before any decision has been made in our case based off current processing times.

Eh dont believe anyone. Supervisors call the shots and they talk to no one in person

there was just A DIVORCE WAIVER approval in nov 2017 with no interview.

Although for godsake if only they’d send these damn interviews. The wasting of 18 months on a 3 months process is the real problem.

    CASE APPROVED!

April, 2017 - filed to remove conditions , did my biometrics around same period (Vermont)
February, 2018 - my case was transferred to my local office (Atlanta)
April 9, 2018 - Local office received my case
April 17, 2018 - Case approved (Case status check)
April 20, 2018 - got a mail confirming my approval and card is being produced. Allow 60 days for arrival of card.

So in short, I say its not necessarily a glitch nor is it an automatic request for interview.

    Good Luck everyone!!!

They never produce a second 2 year green card when first one expires.
So the new card being produced is your 10 year green card.

Would be super nice if you put your timeline at bottom of your post in the same manner as mine shows at bottom of my post.
Then everyone reading wouldn't have to ask you the several questions that they will have to ask you when you aren't showing this important info.

Maybe this poster is not lying - but he could be dealing with incompetent USCIS workers. Not the first time we will have encountered one of those.

And in their defense, the directives coming in from the executive branch are so confusing, the bureaucracy is probably struggling to respond. And they were already slow.

Yet we have approvals without interviews to date. So that certainly throws that idea out the window.
