  1. No one’s saying that,” he said. “No one’s asking for that agenda. What they’re asking for is to be treated fairly, with dignity.” https://www.yahoo.com/news/tim-walz-uses-trumps-exact-052248684.html Not sure we should listen to anything that Walz says as he is guilty of stolen valor. Regardless, I am not super rich and I got a tax cut.
  2. Don’t forget about Feinstein back in the day.
  3. If you have concrete evidence you can always contact ICE with it. The email address is in the disclaimer at the bottom of the VJ page.
  4. Interesting. Another great reason not to keep a listening device in one’s home.
  5. Seems like some very petulant actions by a Democrat aid in NY. Former New York official accused of acting as a Chinese government agent In exchange, Sun and her husband received numerous gifts and benefits, including having a personal chef of a Chinese official prepare “Nanjing-style salted ducks” that were delivered to the home of her parents. Hu’s business also received benefits. The couple were accused of laundering the proceeds and buying a $1.9 million condominium in Hawaii as well as other luxury goods. “As alleged, while appearing to serve the people of New York as Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, the defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP,” stated United States Attorney Breon Peace. “The illicit scheme enriched the defendant’s family to the tune of millions of dollars.” https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/former-new-york-official-accused-of-acting-as-a-chinese-government-agent/ar-AA1pVW7F?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  6. No, it is best to keep your specific questions in your own thread. You may try PMing the members that went through Naples if they are still active. Good Luck!
  7. This thread may be helpful as it includes references to DCF in Naples as well as the DCF process in general. Good Luck!
  8. Same for my then fiancé. I think she may still have them somewhere, but no one ever asked for them. To the OP, don't lose sleep over this, the process has changed to a mostly electronic system. Good Luck!
  9. File the I485 AOS package ASAP. Overstays are forgiven for spouses of USCs. Good Luck!
  10. If you look at the list of exceptional circumstances, there is a disclaimer that the list is not all encompassing. Keep on your current path of DCF, some consulates are much more accommodating than others. Good Luck!
  11. Is the child’s father a USC, and is the child carrying a U.S. passport?
  12. I agree with @OldUser. Your child is in fact a USC and you can apply for their U.S. passport now, and do the N600 later to get the naturalization certificate, so in effect your minor child naturalizes for free when you did, but there is a new fee for the certificate. Good Luck!
  13. Wait and file the N400 after the move, and after three months have elapsed in the new USCIS district you will be living. Good Luck! In addition, applicants are required to show they have resided for at least three months immediately preceding the filing of Form N-400 in the USCIS district or state where the applicant claims to have residency (See 8 CFR §316.2(a)(5) & §319.1(a)(5)). https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/continuous-residence-and-physical-presence-requirements-for-naturalization
  14. This data only uses input from VJ members, so take it for what it is worth. Good Luck!
  15. You should be fine as you are bringing plenty of evidence showing your ties to Germany. Also remember, you only have to answer the questions from the CBP officer truthfully, there is no requirement to add information that is not asked for. Good Luck!
  16. File your I751 in late January a day or two after your window opens, then you should be fine renewing your DL with your extension letter and expired GC as you should receive your extension letter 2-3 weeks after filing the I751. Good Luck!
  17. This may be helpful. Make sure she has studied the civic questions! Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/learn-about-citizenship/the-naturalization-interview-and-test
  18. I would expect anything from 1-4 weeks or so. Hopefully it will be on the low end, but I doubt anyone can completely predict this accurately. Good Luck!
  19. If not working and traveling are priorities, then a spousal visa is for you. The first step is to get legally married, and since your USC fiancé is living in Italy with you they have a few options. If the USC spouse has an exceptional circumstance such as a job to get back to, that requires immediate needs to repatriate to the U.S. they can look into direct consular processing. If this is not the case, the USC can submit the I130 and still live with you in Italy until it processes which may take 18-24 months. Good Luck!
  20. It is just everyone’s imagination I guess. Sounds like the Democrats have ramped up the gaslighting. Colorado gov. claims Aurora's migrant gang takeover is just 'imagination' despite video, local leaders' outcry and residents fleeing their homes https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13795253/Colorado-gov-Jared-Polis-Auroras-migrant-gang-takeover-Tren-Aragua-imagination-video-evidence.html
  21. Sounds like enough at this point. All you really need to file the I130 is a marriage certificate, you can add more evidence when the petition reaches the NVC stage. Good Luck!
  22. What have you done in 8 years of marriage to commingle the marriage? Do you have wills or living wills? Have you filed taxes showing yourself married? Have you created a joint bank account? You can only submit evidence you have, but I would say being married for 8 years is a definite plus even with it being a long distance marriage. You might have more photos or chats considering the length of the marriage, I would focus on the more recent material. Good Luck!
