  1. Putin benefits more by having Kackling Kamala in the WH then Trump, so regardless of the sarcasm, he most certainly wants her to win. Also, Iran and China are in the bag for Kamala. Beyond that, I see you have fallen for the gaslighting by the left/Democrats you may want to seek out other news sources than those in the MSM.
  2. Nice car. I saw a lot of Tesla's in the Shanghai area with a lot of interesting colors that I have not seen here. I really have no issues with Tesla, but from a styling standpoint, only the Model S appeals to me (I really don't like the front end of the 3). My biggest concern with Tesla is the lack of styling changes they have made over the years. The 3, Y, X and S really haven't changed much externally since they were launched, and other than the CT, there doesn't appear to be much from Tesla for the future. Sure Tesla is trying to market themselves as a software company, but many people do not buy cars due to software (sure I know you can make those fart noises with Teslas, but people will tire of that just like novelty ringtones), and Tesla is in fact a car company. We will see how things shake out, but I definitely saw a lot of competition of Tesla in China, and those vehicles along with others are coming here eventually. I had one more question, do you get the tax break every time you buy an electric car, or is it a one and done thing?
  3. Still waiting. I hear the Harris campaign just cut and pasted the info from Old Corrupt Petulant Joe's campaign, so apparently KK is not a change agent.
  4. Isn't Harris leaning on her union buddies to provide crowds?
  5. A lot of folks that file an N4oo with an I751 pending are in the same boat. Often this leads to an N400/I751 combination interview, so be ready for that. Take a copy of what was submitted with the I751 and any new evidence your may have since filing the I751, and as @OldUser stated make sure both of you attend the interview. Good Luck!
  6. The IR5 has not been approved yet? Technically yes, she can enter the US with the IR5 and leave shortly after as her endorsed visa will serve as her temporary GC until her actual card arrives. What I am not sure about is for visas like an IR1/CR1, the USC petitioner is required to enter the US prior to or at the same time as the beneficiary, I am not sure if that is the case for an IR5 (maybe others know better). Good Luck!
  7. If the DS260 is requesting it, you are better off getting it as it could lead to delays at your consulate. Good Luck!
  8. USCIS and the SSA do not always work consecutively. If SSA issues a new card before the GC or EAD petitions are finalized, the SSN/SSC would still have the DHS note.
  9. That is good to hear that things are progressing. The I693 RFE was to be expected given the amount of time that elapsed since your US entry with your K2, but the I864 should have been sent in with the i485 package. Regardless, I agree with @OldUser, find a civil surgeon to do your medical exam, there will be a fee for the Dr. appointment, and make sure you fill out the I864 properly (we are here to help with any questions) so you can respond to the RFE within the time limit. Good Luck!
  10. You have to be an LPR through marriage for 3 yrs to file and N400 under the the 3 yr rule. Also, 1filing the N400 under the 3yr rule opens up scrutiny into the marriage and the current family situation which could transition to the I751 since you would almost assuredly have a pending I751 if you file the N400 under the 3 yr rule. Can you leave the US for less than 6 months repeatedly and still maintain continuous residence, quite possibly, but as others have stated it may raise questions. Good Luck! Yes, staying outside the US for 2yrs will impact continuous residence, but what is the priority? If you are actually wanting to stay with your family and keep a good job outside the US, maybe a better path is to give up the green card (I407), and then if the winds change and you and your husband decide you want to return to the US, you can follow the spousal visa path again. Whatever, I am also curious what company or job will allow you to leave for 6-7 months at a time when you move back to the US to try and maintain your continuous residence? I assume a potentially remote job, if that is the case, finish up your naturalization, and then move.
  11. If a green card holder wants to stay outside the US for more than 12 months, they need to apply for a re-entry permit (I-131) which is good for 2 yrs outside the US and maintains your LPR status. If the period is less than six months, there is nothing that needs to be done, but many still fill out the I-131 just in case the trip overseas is extended. The re-entry permit does not delay naturalization, what delays naturalization is time outside the US regardless of if you have a re-entry permit or not. If you are outside the US for more than six months you may be determined by USCIS to have broken continuous residency, and it will be your burden to prove otherwise. I believe there are exceptions if the spouse of a military member or a qualifying federal government job. There is no alternative to the continuous residency rules. Good Luck!
  12. You should fill out the I130 and I130a in English. For the I130 Part 4 questions 57 and 58, you will use your spouse’s native written language, and that does not have to be a certified translation. The I130a does not ask to use the beneficiary’s native written language.
  13. I think the lawyer is referring to the I751. You will need to file that for yourself seeking a divorce waiver.
  14. For the I130 and I130a you will be fine doing it yourself. Any other documents such as a Japanese Birth Certificate may require certified translations, but if you are confident, you may be able to do those yourself as well. Good Luck!

  18. Are you still married , and living as a family? If you read the instructions for the N400 (pg. 18), this only applies if you have an order from a court to provide child or spousal support as the result of a divorce. If you are still happily married living together as a family with your daughter, you should be able to put N/A for this section, or check the box that says you do not support that child. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/n-400instr.pdf
  19. So you agree with me that elected officials, judges, and government bureaucrats do not deserve immunity from anything they do, official or not?
  20. My wife and I saw one driving along the freeway this past weekend. It really looks like something some metal worker put together in his garage.
  21. Name one of Kamala’s policies? I will wait.
  22. If the package was rejected due to a payment issue, no one at USCIS ever really looked at the first package. Make your corrections with the new filing, you will be fine, no need for explanation. Good Luck!
  23. If you are filing for IR5 like your profile shows you do not have to worry about that note. What visa are you looking for?
  24. Yes, Item 3 is confusing if filing for a spouse. As @powerpuff stated leave item 3 blank. Good Luck!
