Not accurate. Actually, you can stay together while the visa process is occurring. Has you USC husband already filed and I130 for you? If not, check into DCF. Nope, you can stay together as long as he can convince the consulate he has evidence of his intent to establish domicile in the US as a USC. You can actually come together after the visa is issued, the only rule is he will have to enter the US first or at the same time as you. I think the other thread from March answered much of this, the only difference is it appears the USC spouse will be able to transfer work. Good Luck!

Why would they plan to do this event in the Paris sewer? -
Proof of returning back to US with spouse

Here is a thread that may be helpful in showing your intent to re-establish domicile. Good Luck! -
Even with a new CO, the notes from the previous interview will be in the record. You need to address the issue, as others have said maybe contact your US House member or US Senator to see if they can shake the NOIR/NOID loose from USCIS, you can also try the CIS Ombudsman. The issue needs to be addressed, and since it seems you don't know what that issue is, you need the NOIR/NOID. Good Luck! https://www.dhs.gov/topics/cis-ombudsman

Daily Update on Kamala Tanking America

Ultra/Extreme leftist Kamala, I understand she is further left than Bernie Sanders. She also is not very kind to some in the bureaucracy. Divorce before filing I-751
Dashinka replied to TM2002's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
I agree, best to get the divorce proceedings moving as that moves to a different clock than the I751. Based on the date you gave where I assume you mean she entered in September 2023 on a spousal visa, so she has a little time before she has to submit the I751. If she has a final divorce decree, she can submit the I751 with a divorce waiver sometime in June 2025 and it should go smoothly. You can also provide an affidavit expressing that the divorce is amicable and everything prior to that was done in good faith that she can add to that package. Good Luck! -
Wife with B1/B2 Visa | Best preparation to proof intent of just a visit
Dashinka replied to Adam45's topic in Tourist Visas
Just to be clear, I think you meant CBP can refuse admission... -
I am not seeing that a short-term stay in China for 5 months will impact Continuous Residency. As to physical presence, that is based on all your time in the US over the the period from when you received your green card, and when you file the N400, have the interview and take the oath. Have you been outside the US for more than 2.5 years since getting your GC? Good Luck!

Sounds like the PSUV is a lot like the Democrat Party here in the U.S. Experts fear Venezuela's Maduro could steal Sunday's election as opposition leads in polls PSUV led a coalition that holds 256 of the 277 seats in the country’s National Assembly, and has control over Supreme Tribunal of Justice courts and the National Electoral Council. The opposition could never unite behind a single candidate, and parties boycotted the 2018 election because of accusations that free and fair elections were not possible under Maduro’s government. Humire on social media platform X posted polling data that showed expected results based on low or high levels of expected voter participation, in both cases showing Maduro getting around half as many votes as Gonzalez would get. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/experts-fear-venezuelas-maduro-could-steal-sundays-election-as-opposition-leads-in-polls/ar-BB1qJVU2?ocid=BingNewsSerp

Take pictures from the religious ceremony to any interview, but don't wait to file anything as you already have your marriage certificate. Good Luck!

The MSM is whitewashing or scrubbing any stories they did about Kamala that could reflect negatively on her. I understand Axios is backtracking on the entire "border czar" nom de guerre of Kamala. Politico as well. It appears the MSM is doing a big gaslighting attempt, but too bad for them, nothing ever leaves the internet. I actually liked some of the stuff from Axios and Politico, as even though they are definitely left leaning, they seemed somewhat fair in some areas, they just lost all credibility. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/axios-hit-with-community-note-after-claiming-harris-was-never-border-czar/ar-BB1qyzQZ https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/nicholas-fondacaro/2024/07/24/orwellian-media-try-purge-record-kamala-harris-joe-bidens This piece sort of dovetails the quoted piece. We must not forget that Kamala has multiple failures, and personally, I would list her hiding the Biden cognitive decline as the worst, but that is still playing out, so we shall see. You visa once it gets to you should have a note saying “IV Docs in CCD” as the consulate documents are sent electronically. As to the A number, that will also be on the visa titled registration number, so once you get the visa, you can log in and pay the green card fees. When you do enter the U.S., I would bring your important life documents, but CBP should not need to see anything other than your visa to let you in. Good Luck!
